A must-listen album for fans that includes 3 recordings of shows from ZZ TOP & JEFF BECK's 2014 summer tour in which Jeff participated as a guest during ZZ TOP's encore portion. A collection of only Beck's sets has already been released under the title "SUMMER TOUR 2014" and has been well received, but this time's title is a session between ZZ TOP and Jeff during the encore part of ZZ TOP's set. So, I think there are many Beck fans who have been waiting for a project title like this. The sound quality is very good for all three performances, and you can clearly hear Jeff's play. Regarding the sound quality, I wrote an evaluation for each performance. Greek Theater, Los Angeles, California, USA 13th August 2014 This is the best of the three performances recorded this time. When I heard the beginning, I thought the audience noise was annoying, but once the performance started, it didn't bother me at all. The performance itself is an amazing sound image that is very close. Is it the noise from the amplifier that I hear the constant grinding noise? Perhaps the microphone was set up right in front of the PA, but the ultra sound is extremely lively, well-balanced, and has a thick, wee-like sound. Therefore, there is no need to adjust the sound, so here we record it directly from the original sound source. Also, the performance time is the longest among the three days picked up this time, and the quality is such that it would not be strange to press this day alone including the ZZ TOP set. This is not an exaggeration. 21 minutes of pure bliss! Starlight Theatre, Kansas City, Missouri, USA 23rd August 2014 This is also a good sound with no audience noise to worry about during the performance, but the sound is somewhat lighter compared to the previous 13th sound source. Also, to be honest, the sound of applause is a little rustling and feels unnatural. However, the reason for this kind of evaluation is because I listened to the best sound source on the 13th first, and there is no doubt that the sound quality is sufficiently high on this day as well. For this CD version, the bass has been slightly boosted. Verizon Wireless Amphitheater, Maryland Heights, Missouri, USA 24th August 2014 Just like the live performance on the 13th, the sound can be said to be extremely high quality. There is a slight sense of distance, but it is only at a level compared to the 13th, and in fact, this one is better in terms of the sense of realism that captures the atmosphere of the venue. When I listen to it with headphones, the 13th sounds great, but when I listen to it through speakers, I think the live performance on the 24th sounds more gorgeous, and anyway, when I listen to it normally, it's also at an extremely high level. I can say that. Only slight volume adjustments were made when converting to CD.
