The official video of the last period of the 70's classic YES will be released in the highest quality. This work is a digital version of the official video "LIVE IN PHILADELPHIA" with the "golden five" in the highest quality ever. The original is a Japanese laser disc. The point is that it is a "Japanese laser disc". Since it is not a regular DVD, many copies have appeared so far, but most of them were created from VHS. This work is different from them and has arrived at the "Japanese laser disc" by sticking to the ultimate quality. In the first place, the image quality and sound quality surpass VHS in terms of media standards, but it is also overwhelming in terms of storage. Due to its structure, there is no tape twist, distortion deterioration, or tracking noise. Even such laser discs, especially Japanese versions, are highly valued by collectors around the world. Japan, which has been sensitive to new media from an early stage, has overwhelmed other countries in terms of the number of titles and the quality of the discs. Even after the era shifted to DVD, the perception that "Japanese laser discs are the best in the world" is spreading among video works that are not made into DVDs. This work is an extremely elegant piece provided by a core collector who owned such a "Japanese laser disc" in mint condition. Our shop has partnered with overseas specialist manufacturers to reprint "Japanese laser discs" in a series, but this work is not part of that series. In fact, it was digitized by the core collector himself. This collector not only kept the laser disc software, but also the high-end players. Therefore, it was digitized in an environment that is comparable to that of specialist manufacturers. The quality is truly comparable to that of specialist manufacturers. The image quality may seem sweet to today's eyes, but that is due to the original shooting itself. This work has Japanese subtitles, and the extremely vivid edges of the subtitles show how amazing the preservation of "Japanese laser discs" is and how excellent the digitization environment is. The Japanese subtitles are also very good. The intro narration and MC are subtitled, and this is a John Anderson style. "I want you to imagine in this darkness when the Circus of Heaven comes to town," he says, and the 20,000-strong crowd cheers in unison. Of course, the song that follows this line is the rare number "Circus Of Heaven," which was only available at the time. It's dizzying to see the live performance in a professional shot, but it's a big hit... Furthermore, before the killer "Roundabout," he says in response to the thunderous applause, "I want to keep it up in the '80s." Now that I know about the disbandment immediately after this, the great success of "90125 YES," and the many twists and turns that followed, this one word brings about a tremendous feeling of emotion. Of course, it's not just the MC that's interesting. Just like the "8-person YES" era, you can witness the spectacular show that will be the last shining of the '70s on a 360-degree circular stage. You can also enjoy "Leaves Of Green" from "Tales of Oceanography," which was a hot topic at the previous Japan tour, with John playing and singing it himself. There are many official videos of the "Golden Five," but the 1979 performance is one that is often forgotten. This is one of the best quality videos ever. Now that the new YES is visiting Japan and ARW is about to arrive, this is a masterpiece that you should enjoy carefully. Live at Spectrum Arena, Philadelphia, PA.
