Introducing the finest soundboard album from the Trevor Rabin era. YES is a band that has a wealth of official live works, but for some reason, the Rabin era, which was supposed to be their second golden age, was given a cold shoulder. Their masterpiece, “9012LIVE”, also did not convey the true nature of “90125 YES”. Under such circumstances, we desperately needed a masterpiece stereo sound board that could serve as an "official replacement" in terms of quality and size. Until now, only the sold-out soundboard “MARYLAND HEIGHTS” could play that important role, but this work is a masterpiece that rivals that. This work was recorded at “June 19, 1994 Canandaigua Performance (New York)”. This is a stereo soundboard sound source based on local FM broadcasting. First of all, the quality is amazing. The recording and mix are almost perfect, and it is truly an official soundboard. There's a reason why he said "almost perfect". The source of this work is the master that once appeared as "EARLY TALK" and was highly praised, but when listening to modern ears, the deep bass was a little thin. No, the bass itself was solid, but the balance emphasized the midrange, so the edges of the bass line were a little blurry. Of course, this is a story at a very advanced level, but in this work, the latest remastering has brought out deep bass. Rather than simply increasing the balance of the bass, it also modifies the sound nuances so that you can clearly enjoy Chris Squire's unique line. At the end of the live performance, during "Walls," a slight noise from the on-site PA enters the vocal mic, but this was also made as inconspicuous as possible. The best stereo sound board that revived such sound has official quality content. Judging from the set list, it can be heard as the best album of "90125", "BIG GENERATOR", and "TALK". From "BIG GENERATOR", only the representative song "Rhythm Of Love" is performed, but "90125" also features "Make It Easy" in more than half of the five songs, and the new "TALK" has only "State Of Play". All songs will be played. The songs are sophisticated and complex yet catchy, just like American prog rock! And it exploded. After this tour, Rabin parted company with YES, but the masterpieces that Rabin had created over the past 10 years retained the gorgeousness and friendly melodies of the old YES. The “hotness of rock” gradually permeates through. You can fully enjoy such a best live with the best sound. The third point is the performance itself. There are no Steve Howe or Rick Wakeman here, but the tight ensemble is the best for a rock band. The 18-minute long song "Endless Dream" is played perfectly, and the famous songs from the past are also played perfectly. And the most amazing thing is Rabin. If you pick up a guitar, you can inject some heat into classic songs from the past, and if you sit down at the piano, you can add a stunning intro solo to "And You And I." Actually, there are some unexpected mistakes in this work, Chris Squire loses the rhythm in the intro of "Heart Of The Sunrise", Alan White also fails to enter, and the usual ironclad ensemble is messed up. The song collapses! Rabin is the one who forcibly saves him. After YES, Rabin achieved great success in film music, but in this work, his talent as both a composer and a performer explodes. It is a song where the overflowing talent is at full throttle in the rock field. 22 years have passed since this live show. The tour for the new project “ANDERSON, RABIN & WAKEMAN”, which reunites Jon Anderson and Rabin, is about to begin in October. YES Music has repeatedly broken up and disbanded, and has even become a genre of music rather than a band. Among the various expressions, “90125 YES” was the pinnacle. This work is the best soundboard album as a total result of these five people. “Solitary prog rock hard” that the official could not leave behind.
