The ultra-excellent soundboard that was highly acclaimed as "the highest sound quality soundboard in YES history" has been revived with the latest and meticulous remaster. This work is a live album of one act of “TALK TOUR 1994” “Maryland Heights performance on June 29, 1994”, but it is not the “highest sound quality of TALK TOUR”. It is a soundboard album with “the highest sound quality in the entire history of YES”. This work is a direct-to-the-table soundboard sound source that was previously released as "MARYLAND HEIGHTS". Its sound received tremendous praise upon its appearance. A specialist magazine at the time said, ``The sound quality is perfect, including exquisite balance.'' ``When you listen to it at high volume, you feel like you're sitting in the best position in a concert venue, and it lifts your spirits.'' ``(Official) The audience was filled with compliments such as, ``I want them to scrap ``LIVE SOLOS'' and keep the best live album like this one,'' ``It's definitely the best,'' and so on. In fact, this recording is different from other sound boats. In the first place, "official live album", "broadcast sound source" and "direct connection to the desk" all tend to be lumped together with "sound board", but in fact there is a big difference. The "official edition" and "broadcast sound source" are made by mixing multi-track soundboard audio, adjusting the balance of each instrument, adding natural "ringing" to the exposed live sound, and even adding cheers...many layers of processing. Completed after. Of course, there are some that are barely touched at all, and others that are so processed that they don't retain their original form, so it's hard to generalize, but generally speaking, it's a sound that has been polished for publication. On the other hand, "direct connection to the desk" is what is called continuous recording. The sound that is played into the on-site PA is the same as it is without the hassle of making it public. Although it is extremely vivid, the balance tends to be unstable, and the sound tends to be too sharp for home audio because it is based on the reverberation of the venue. I've written a lot of things just now, but the main topic is from now on. This product is packed with the flavors of both. Although it is a vivid sound that hits you straight from the brain as expected from a sound board connected directly to the table, the balance and sound of each instrument is beautiful, like an official live album that has been mixed precisely. Although tape effects are secretly used, the balance is so natural that you can't tell the difference between the tape of guitar and synth sounds and the live performance. On top of that, an ambient microphone was also used at the same time, so each instrument and each note sounded natural. The ``exquisite balance'' and ``like the best position of the venue'' written by a specialist magazine are exactly the right expressions. Now, I've been praising it too much, but so far I'm talking about the Sirene edition. In this work, such a highly acclaimed master has been remastered to be even more up-to-date and meticulous. At first, I thought, ``It's perfect, so it won't change that often,'' but once I started working on it, I was surprised. As you organize the sounds, they become even more vivid! To be more specific, first of all, the bass. Originally, a wonderfully rich deep bass was recorded, but the low range of the guitar and the bass were a bit mixed together. When I put a scalpel into that reverberant sound, it separates cleanly. The baseline became clearer and clearer. At the same time, the drums made the hi-hat sound stand out, and by separating it from the snare bass drum, even the groove stood out, greatly increasing the sharpness of the entire ensemble. Furthermore, the high range of the vocals and chorus and the left and right stereo feel are also adjusted. If I write this, it might seem like the original sound is bad, but that's why I talked about the wonderfulness of the original sound source first. In fact, each of the tasks described here is just a matter of fine-tuning. But I changed a little bit, and a little bit here too... As a result, the dust piled up and became a mountain. The ultra-high quality sound board that even audiophiles can see has been transformed into an even higher quality album. The ensemble drawn on such a superb sound board is a wonderful live performance that can be said to be the “culmination of 90125 YES”. The other day, we delivered the superb soundboard album "CANANDAIGUA 1994" of "TALK TOUR 1994", and the opening "Perpetual Change" and "Hold On", which you can't hear even in that masterpiece, have been added, further increasing the sense of culmination. It is. Of course, the performance is also great. Of course, there are only a limited number of people who think that the five members at this time are the best members, but the ensemble, which is tight, technical, and has rock-like dynamism, is (in a sense) the most complete of all time. Even the masterpiece "Endless Dream" is as delicate as the album, yet even harder. The past repertoire is also thrilling, full of familiar and familiar melodies original to “90125 YES”. It is truly a masterpiece that lets you fully enjoy the deliciousness of YES style progressive rock music. The comment from the specialized magazine introduced at the beginning: ``I wish they would scrap the (official) LIVE SOLOS and keep the best live albums like this one.'' These are probably the words that best describe this work. One of the finest soundboards in the entire history of YES, which has been upgraded in detail. This is a live album that has reached the highest point of “90125 YES” with its ultimate sound that cannot be tasted even in the official version. Originally, it is a famous record that should be left behind by the official. Live at Riverport Amphitheater, Maryland Heights, MO. USA 29th June 1994 STEREO SBD(ULTIMATE QUALITY!!) Disc 1 (79:48) 1.
