Contains a 4-song demo take of ``XYZ'' (ex-Yes/Zep), which Chris Squire and Alan White planned to form a new band with Jimmy Page after Zeppelin disbanded after Yes disbanded. It appeared about two years ago. Although it is a familiar sound source from the past, it is an upgraded version that fans must listen to, which has become a hot topic because it is of a younger generation than the takes that have been circulating so far. Chris's playing bass is covered with Jimmy's guitar flavor, and you can enjoy a simple yet satisfying take. The first song is the basis of Yes's Mind Drive (Part 1), and the outline of the song has already been completed. Compared to the more symphonic Yes version, the band's sound is reminiscent of Rush. I feel that Jimmy's unique sense of time makes the songs even more appealing. The second song is an original song by Fortune Hunter from Farm's second album "MEAN BUSINESS", and there is also a light guitar solo in the 2 minute mark. The third song, Can You See, is an interesting song with a cool ensemble including Chris's vocals and piano, which was influenced by the new wave of the time, and there is also a short guitar solo in the 3 minute range. The fourth song, Telephone Secrets, is the longest of the four songs at 7 minutes and 30 seconds, and is an attractive number with a pop and positive melody. There is a short guitar solo in the 2 minute range. Chris's early 80's vocals are a delight, but the instrumental development in the second half certainly has an atmosphere that mixes the flavors of Yes and late Zeppelin. All of these are already familiar takes to enthusiasts, but they are certainly recorded with a clearer sound than the past versions. The pitch has also been accurately corrected. The entire length is 22 minutes, but the upgraded version contains a very valuable sound source that is worth listening to. Studio demos 1981 after Led Zeppelin & Yes STEREO SBD 1. Mind Drive 2.
