Formed around former Alice Cooper band member Kip Winger, the band released their debut album in 1988, which became a hot topic in Japan, and in 1990 the band was nominated for the American Music Awards' "Best New Heavy Metal Band". Soon after, their second album, "In the Heart of the Young", was released, which won a platinum disc in the United States and a gold disc in Japan. This is a precious video of the 13-month tour they undertook with this album, along with Scorpions, Kiss, Extreme, ZZ Top, and Slaughter. The Detroit performance on October 14, 1990, which had only been leaked audio until now, has finally come to light with a master quality and pro shot leaked by the people involved. This tour was a short stage because it was an opening act for Kiss, but there was no pro shot footage of this period, which can be said to be the heyday, so fans must see it. In addition, on July 7, 1991, the live performance at the Metal. Festival in Finland was also a pro shot of two songs. Paul Taylor left the band after this, so this is a rare 57-minute album with the original lineup! 1. MADALAINE / 2. LOOSEN UP / 3. YOU ARE THE SAINT, I AM THE SINNER / 4. MILES AWAY / 5.
