The live performance at the Royal Oak Theater in Michigan on November 30th, the day before the final day of the 1977 US tour, was recorded for 68 minutes using soundboard recordings leaked by related parties and the latest mastering in 2025. First of all, due to aging, the sound was quite muffled and there was some hiss noise, but this remastering process has brought out the best quality of the wonderful performance that is unique to the peak of the band throughout the entire work. And among all the highlights, the long performance of "It's About That Time" that Zawinul wrote during his Miles era is particularly wonderful, and Jaco's godlike playing based on 4 beats here is also goosebump-inducing, and the fact that you can hear it clearly due to the mastering is a must-see for fans.
