This is a high-quality video of a live performance of "WAYSTED" led by Pete Way, held in Lamore, New York in 1987, recorded for about an hour. It seems to have been filmed with a house camera, and the angle is almost perfect, capturing the members' movements on stage. The sound is also recorded with a mild sound recorded by a microphone, but it is recorded with an easy-to-listen-to sound image. It is said that it is a disc that has been digitized from a video owned by guitarist Paul Chapman, but the screen generation is certainly reliable, there is no unnecessary tracking noise, and it is recorded with a considerable quality for a video footage at that time. The vocals are performed by Danny Vaughn, who joined the band from their third album "Save Your Prayers" released in 1986, replacing the original Finn, who gave us a strong sense of individuality. You can enjoy the wonderful singing that sings the high-quality melodies firmly, which became familiar to later Thaiket. The opening is the early number Toy With The Passion. From hard tunes to the single Heaven Tonight at the time, the tasteful vocals will greatly attract the listener. Even more amazing is Paul Chapman, who plays melodic and splendid solos with a strong presence in various places, and his guitar playing full of groove is overwhelming. After Wild Nights, there is a long guitar solo time, and many people will be impressed by Paul's skill again with his technical playing (the melody of "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" also pops out). Pete Way flies freely around the small stage, exciting the audience with his flashy actions. When you think of WAYSTED, the image of the early Finn era is strong, but I think you will be surprised again by the fact that they were such an attractive band with such a strong cast in the late 1980s. At the end, an even more delightful track awaits. Steve Harris, who was on the US circuit with Iron Maiden's Somewhere In Tour, appears after being introduced by Danny. Pete and Steve's twin bass play Chuck Berry's rock and roll cover Round And Round (also included in the previous album "THE GOOD, THE BAD & THE WAYSTED") is played with a great mood. Joey Belladonna of Anthrax appears as another guest! He and Danny share the vocals and perform the UFO cover Shoot Shoot. Steve and Pete also take action on the small stage, making it seem like a live party. Unfortunately, this precious Shoot Shoot seems to have had a mistake in the digital copy from the video, and the screen skips and freezes many times. This is because the disc given to us by Paul Chapman has such a problem, and there is no better version at the moment. Although this is a very high quality and valuable content, it is unfortunate that there is a problem with the last track, but it remains a highly recommended video that you can enjoy for about an hour. This is a treasure video that is sure to satisfy not only UFO and British rock fans, but also anyone who loves 80's HM. Live at L'Amour, Brooklyn, NY. USA 28th March 1987 AMAZING-SHOT!! 1. Intro. 2.
