This is a famous recording of a live performance by Wayne Shorter at the Voss Jazz Festival held in Norway in April 1987, recorded from a broadcast source. This is the first time that this work has been released, and Jim Beard, who sadly passed away recently, has also participated. This is a live recording from a relatively rare period of Wayne Shorter's career. It is also recorded on a soundboard. The recording had some difficulties, such as strong hiss and rough fade connections depending on the track, but it has been remastered. There is some noise in the latter half of the last track due to the master, but please note that this was impossible to fix. In his later years, Shorter's members were almost fixed, but this is a rare lineup, and the keyboard is Jim Beard, who is also famous for his sessions with fusion guitarists such as Pat Metheny and John McLaughlin. This is a strangely valuable recording.
