This set features two live performances, one with a duo and one with a quintet, both coupled together using soundboard recordings from FM on-air master recordings. Disc 1 features a 76-minute duo performance with fellow musician Herbie Hancock in Berlin, Germany, on November 8, 1997. The recording features both of their respective repertoires, as well as songs from the Miles Davis era, all performed simply on saxophone and piano. Disc 2 then features a 35-minute digest of their quartet performance at the Montreal Jazz Festival in Canada on June 26, 2003. This release features a full band featuring Danilo Pérez, John Patitucci, and Brian Blade, all of whom were regular members at the time. The creative energy of these exceptional musicians is undeniably captivating, and the relentless improvisation between the band members is a must-listen. DISC 1 : 1. SONRISA 2. AUNG SAN SUU KYI 3.
