The Taylor Hawkins Memorial Concert is a major event of the century where the biggest names in the music scene gathered together and even the unannounced Paul McCartney made a surprise appearance. The best professional shots of the concert will be released on a huge scale of four discs! Taylor Hawkins passed away suddenly on March 25, 2022. Two memorial concerts, where numerous rock musicians gather to remember him and praise his achievements, were announced: "September 3, 2022 at Wembley Stadium (UK)" and "September 27 at The Forum (USA)". The first Wembley concert was held the other day, and the footage was professionally filmed and distributed worldwide. Music fans around the world are captivated at this very moment. This work is a multi-camera professional shot that allows you to enjoy the whole picture. On the Internet, the real-time broadcast was more than six hours long, with still images connected even during set changes, but this work omits such drawn-out scenes as much as possible. Furthermore, it is a 4-disc DVD that extracts only the stage crowded with heroes. Please remember that the quality is "completely official class", the problem is the content. What big names appeared and what kind of collaboration did they perform? Let's introduce each disc in order. DISC 1: The first 5 groups (12 songs) At this event, various heroes formed a special unit centered around Dave Grohl. The style was to play a few songs at a time. DISC 1 contains 4 such collaboration units and Nile Rodgers. Following the greeting from the organizer Dave, Liam Gallagher appears as the opening act. He performs OASIS's "Rock 'N' Roll Star" and "Live Forever" with FOO FIGHTERS as the backing. In this way, while this event features FOO FIGHTERS, you can enjoy a wide range of repertoire that goes beyond that. The second to appear is Nile Rodgers. However, he also teamed up with Chris Chaney of Jane's Addiction in a special arrangement, and performed David Bowie's "Let's Dance" and "Modern Love" with Josh Homme of Queens of the Stone Age and Gaz Coombs of Supergrass. Next up is the VAN HALEN section, featuring Eddie Van Halen's son Walgang and Dave Grohl. The vocalist of interest is Justin Hawkins of The Darkness. He sings "On Fire" and "Hot For Teacher" in his trademark costume and with that high tone. After that, you can enjoy three songs "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road", "Gunman", and "Long Slow Goodbye" by the supergroup THEM CROOKED VULTURES, which is composed of Dave, Josh Homme, and John Paul Jones, and three songs "Precious", "Tattooed Love Boys", and "Brass in Pocket" by the PRETENDERS, which features Dave as a guest. DISC 2: Five groups (11 songs) in the middle DISC 2 also features five artists. First up is JAMES GANG, whose restart was announced. They performed three songs "Walk Away", "The Bomber", and "Funk #49", and the last song "Funk #49" was a collaboration with Dave. Here, Dave's daughter Violet Grohl appears. Although she is only 16 years old, she released a collaborative single with her father last year, and has performed on stage several times before. In this work, he sings Amy Winehouse's "Valerie" to the end, supported by a chorus of tens of thousands of people. The next three acts are full of pseudo-live performances by bands that cannot hope to perform on the original stage! First up is AC/DC. Backed by a modified FOO FIGHTERS band with METALLICA's Lars Ulrich as drummer, the original Brian Johnson sings "Back in Black" and "Let There Be Rock" with passion! Thinking back, it was in 2016 that he left the original tour due to hearing loss. Although he sang on "POWER UP", he has not toured since then, and this is the first time in six years that he has appeared in good health. Next up is THE POLICE. Stewart Copeland and FOO FIGHTERS perform "Next To You" and "Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic". The final highlight of DISC 2 is RUSH!! With the death of Neil Peart in 2020, the possibility of a revival was dashed, but here Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson are all together. Dave and Omar Hakim will perform three songs, "2112 Part I: Overture," "Working Man," and "YYZ," with Dave and Omar Hakim taking the place of Neil. This time, the feast of various heroes became a hot topic, but the pseudo-revival of RUSH is on par with the appearance of Paul McCartney... or even more so. DISC 3: QUEEN Edition (5 songs) DISC 3 is a whole QUEEN disc. The venue and content of this event itself were reminiscent of the "Freddie Mercury Memorial Concert" 30 years ago, and perhaps because of this, it was treated as an exceptional five songs, second only to FOO FIGHTERS. With guests such as Luke Spiller (THE STRUTS), Justin Hawkins, and Sam Ryder, they performed "We Will Rock You", "I'm in Love With My Car", "Under Pressure", "Somebody to Love", and "Love of My Life". This is a special work, but this disc is exceptional, after all, "Wembley Stadium" is a sacred place for QUEEN. They have stood on the sacred stage four times so far, and all of them were legendary. The first time was "LIVE AID", which became the movie "Bohemian Rhapsody", and the second and third times were "LIVE AT WEMBLEY STADIUM" in 1986, which Brian May called "the best show of his life". And the fourth time was that "Freddie Memorial Concert". All four of those times were not only legendary, but also left the best professional shots, and this fifth time was no exception. This work is a "continuation of the legend" after a 30-year hiatus. DISC 4: FOO FIGHTERS/Paul Edition (12 songs) The final DISC 4 is led by the organizers FOO FIGHTERS. Up until this point, guest stars have been singing their own songs with specially organized bands, but the finale is basically a FOO FIGHTERS concert. They will perform their hit songs with guest drummers for each song. The guests are Josh Freese, Travis Barker, Nandi Bushell, Rufus Taylor (Roger Taylor's son), and Omar Hakim. And Oliver Shane Hawkins sits on the stool for the final song, "My Hero." He is Taylor's 16-year-old son. FOO FIGHTERS' stage is 10 songs long, but in between them, Paul McCartney appears. As mentioned above, it was a surprise appearance without prior notice, singing the Beatles' "Oh! Darling" in a duet with THE PRETENDERS' Chrissie Hynde, and exciting the venue with "Helter Skelter". Surprised by Paul's appearance, Oliver Shane Hawkins' drumming makes your eyes hot, and Dave's "Everlong" slowly seeps into your heart and closes the curtain. As mentioned above, it is not a complete form of the historic event, but it covers the hottest stages. It is a four-disc set that runs through 13 passionate performances, including Paul. It is the biggest music event of 2022, and a big set that reminds us of the greatness of Taylor Hawkins, whose heroes do not hesitate to respect him. An absolute must-have for modern music fans. A superb multi-camera pro shot of the major event "Taylor Hawkins Memorial Concert" held at Wembley Stadium on September 3, 2022. A diverse range of rock stars, including Dave Grohl and FOO FIGHTERS, will perform in a super luxurious collaboration. This four-disc set is packed with must-see stages, including Brian Johnson's AC/DC, who cannot perform live with the original band, a pseudo-reunion of Rush by the two surviving members, Wembley legend QUEEN, and a surprise appearance by Paul McCartney. Wembley Stadium, London, UK 3rd September 2022 PRO-SHOT Disc 1(59:36) Liam Gallagher with Foo Fighters 1.
