This work is a compilation of footage collected by overseas enthusiasts with all their might. Among overseas collectors, the two-disc set "THE EARLY DAYS" and the two-disc set "THE EARLY DAYS VOL.2" are distributed separately, but in this work, all of them are combined into one 3-DVD set. did. Disc 1 is “THE EARLY DAYS”. This is a record of their very early days from their debut in 1978 to 1980, using PVs and representative audience shots. The recording is in chronological order, between the 8 PV songs from "VAN HALEN" to "WOMEN AND CHILDREN FIRST", representative audience live performances of 3 tours "September 22, 1978 Fresno performance" and "March 25, 1979 Fresno performance" ” and “April 13, 1980 St. Paul Performance” are included. All of the videos are of the highest quality ever, and even the familiar PV makes you wonder if such beautiful footage was left. Furthermore, not only the Fresno performance in 1978 immediately after the debut, but also the footage from the same venue the following year in 1979 is the first day of “WORLD VACATION TOUR 1979”. Both are dazzling and extremely valuable images. The following discs 2 and 3 are “THE EARLY DAYS VOL.2”. This is a sequel to Disc 1, and is a comprehensive review of footage from the first TV appearance in Japan to the "1984" era. You can watch detailed TV appearances, PVs, and audience live performances in chronological order. In any case, from the very beginning, the first television appearance in Japan jumps out at you, giving you a sense of the times that makes you feel suffocated. Suddenly, I was surprised to see a handwritten Japanese subtitle that read ``4th place,'' but then I proceeded to perform a mime rendition of ``You Really Got Me'' with students in uniforms as the audience. I don't know if they are real fans or just a group of people on a school trip gathered in front of the TV station, but just like idols, the "edes" are flying around like they're tearing silk. Moreover, the female facilitator was dedicated to moving the program along efficiently while asking questions that she had prepared. The staff, the audience, and the band are all doing their best, but it's a masterpiece video that gives you the feeling that something is wrong. After that, extremely rare live footage and TV appearances appear one after another in chronological order. Most of his TV appearances are in mime, but it's fun just to watch Dave Lee Roth get better and better on camera as the years go by, as well as Eddie and Michael singing a chorus into the empty air and singing, ``I can't reach that.'' It's also funny that the TV station is taking advantage of the fact that it's a mime and preparing for it in such a way that Alex's snare is so far away that it makes you want to rush into it. On the other hand, the live performance is a genuine and valuable footage. There are a lot of audience videos, but at the 1980 "PINK POP FESTIVAL" you can see the band being bombarded with autographs from fans, and at "Oakland June 10, 1981" and "MONSTERS OF ROCK 1984". There are also plenty of perfect professional shots. In addition to the convenience of compiling rare footage, this collection of videos gives off a strong sense of the times by following early VAN HALEN in chronological order. The performance, the audience, the recording...all of which embody the ideal of a live album, and the 3 hour and 40 minute album shows off the sensibilities of the times behind "TOKYO'S ON FIRE" and fully enhances its image. Please enjoy this 3-disc set of VAN HALEN that will fill you up with a historic masterpiece live album. Rare video collection of the early years of Van Halen Disc 1 (89min) Promo Videos 1.
