This work "KICKIN' ASS IN DETROIT" is a complete 129-minute live performance at Detroit's "Joe Louis Arena" on May 10, 1986, which can be said to be one of the highlights in the first half of the "5150" tour. It is recorded. This time, we will directly use excellent audience shot masters obtained from overseas. In order to record without compromising the quality, we have decided to release it as a 2-disc set! The live performance starts with "You Really Got Me" just like "5150 CHICAGO" (the ticket image of the day will be inserted at the beginning of the show). The video and sound quality are also more than adequate for an audience shot from 27 years ago. From the second floor seat on the right side facing the stage, you can clearly capture the panoramic view of the stage and the dynamic players. In the following “There’s Only One Way To Rock”, Sammy takes the guitar and competes with Eddie and Michael. If you're a VAN HALEN fan, you'll be instantly knocked out by these first two songs! From now on, you can enjoy wonderful performances that bring Eddie's technical play to the forefront. In "Summer Nights" and "Get Up", you can zoom in on Eddie and watch his playing including tapping in a powerful way. “Why Can’t This Be Love” and “5150” that follow from Alex’s drum solo are not to be missed. “Panama”, which starts with Michael’s bass solo, is the highlight of the first half. Sammy's powerful and punchy vocals inject an energy different from Dave's era into the songs. On Disc 2 in the second half of the live show, “Sammy’s Rap” and “Love Walks In” are the highlights. In particular, the new song “Love Walks In”, which was not played at the Chicago performance of “5150 CHICAGO”, is a nice point. Sammy plays emotional vocals on Eddie's keyboard. The high-energy “Good Enough” followed by Eddie’s guitar solo and a series of famous scenes that would keep the fans’ eyes glued. After closing the main part of the set with "I Can't Drive 55" and "Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love," the encore of "Jump" and "Wild Thing" brought the venue to peak excitement once again. At the end, they jump to LED ZEPPELIN's "Rock And Roll" and close the live in the best of fun and entertainment! This work spans two discs and approximately 130 minutes, and is packed with wonderful performances unique to VAN HALEN. The full-length version of the live performance at that time, captured in a vivid document, is as worth seeing as the official video "LIVE WITHOUT A NET". Please enjoy the energetic VAN HALEN live just after Sammy joined, along with the sound source "5150 CHICAGO"! Live at Joe Louis Arena, Detroit, MI. USA 10th May 1986 AMAZING-SHOT Disc 1(62:00) 1.
