VSOP was a one-night dream band formed to recreate Miles' strongest band in the 1960s. Due to its popularity, it was decided to continue its activities after that, but this is a live video of the new VSOP, with Wayne Shorter + Freddie Hubbard (who passed away at the end of 2008. Sadly, he passed away. May he rest in peace.) replaced by the Marsalis brothers Wynton and Bruford. A coupling disc of the Chicago performance in June and the Swiss performance in July + a set of the Japan performance in May. All professional shots. This is the definitive version of the 1983 VSOP video. It is a professional specification with menu chapters and a recording time of 215 minutes.
