The 2025 "PICTURES OF DESTINY" tour, featuring strings, included five shows in Japan. This special live performance, held at Kanda Myojin Hall on August 29th, the second of two Tokyo shows, was recorded in full, spanning 2 hours and 35 minutes, from the original audience master released by Taper. This final day, a special performance, featured not only the regular live performance but also a talk session. The talk centered around Uli's own paintings, which were featured in the concert, but also touched on the relationship between painting and music, Monica Dannemann, and Jimi Hendrix. The full talk is accompanied by an interpreter, which is a bonus. As with the other four shows, the first part of the concert featured a symphonic set featuring five strings, kicking off with tracks from the "Prologue: Legend of the Sky" EP, followed by Mozart-related hits like "Amadeus" and "Queen of the Night," the recent classic "The Cry," and new tracks like "Caber Dreams" and "Spirit of Heart." The second part was a rock set that incorporated a large number of Scorpions tracks, including "Don't Tell the Wind," a track by his late brother Zeno, and a selection of familiar Jimi Hendrix tracks. The set also includes other classic new songs, the moving "Enola Gay (Hiroshima Today?)," "The Sails of Charon," and the legendary "Requiem for an Angel." This performance also includes Jimi Hendrix's "Little Wing," previously only performed in Nagoya, and the full 11-minute version of "Land of Dawn" from "UNDER A DARK SKY," which was only performed on the final day. This is a truly special live performance. This Japan-exclusive memorial item perfectly recreates this special final live performance in the best possible quality.
