U2 in the "BOY" era, which started the glorious history and spread its wings all over the world. The original master that allows you to experience the best of the dawning scene is here. This work is recorded in "Glasgow performance on January 24, 1981". It is the best audience recording. "BOY Tour" is the first world tour that took place from mid-1980 to mid-1981. We have archived as many masterpieces as possible at our shop, so let's start by organizing the collection and taking a bird's-eye view of the activities at that time. 1980, September 1st - December 3rd: Europe #1 (59 performances) ←※HILVERSUM 1980《October 20th "BOY" released》・December 6th - 15th: North America #1 (24 performances)・December 17th - 22nd: Ireland (5 performances)1981, January 23rd - February 21st: Europe #1 (22 performances) ←★Here★・March 3rd - May 31st: North America #2 (57 performances) ←※BAYOU CLUB 1981・June 6th - 9th: Europe #2 (3 performances) ←※PINKPOP FESTIVAL 1981《August "OCTOBER" completed》This is the whole picture of "BOY Tour". During 1980, we toured "North America #1 / Ireland", but after about a month of Christmas holidays, we restarted. The Glasgow performance of this work was the second concert of "Europe # 1", which is the kickoff period. From this "Europe # 1", the famous sound board "DEN HAAG 1981" has become a big staple, but this work was about three weeks before (11 performances before). And this day was also U2's first Glasgow performance. This work, which vacuum-packed such an early stage, is truly a superb product. It is the best master provided by an overseas researcher, but this is the original master owned by the recorder. There can be no dubbing marks, and even the fine details are extremely fresh. The high temperature extends beautifully without twisting or distortion, and the deep bass is clear up to the folds of the vibe. When this happens, the awesomeness of the recording itself stands out. There is no sparse feeling at all in the fiercely on core, and the bass, which tends to be a weak point, has a crisp attack and a rich groove created by the continuous gorilla. I don't doubt it because the person who recorded it said "audience", but the sound that flows out is wonderful, like "FM broadcast". Such a superb sound depicts the whole picture of the precious "BOY Tour". Let's check out the full set while paying attention to the rare songs only from the early 1980s. Boy The Ocean (2 times) / An Cat Dubh / Into the Heart / Another Time, Another Place (★) / The Cry-The Electric Co. / Stories For Boys (★) / Twilight / I Will Follow Single 11 O'clock Tick Tock (2 times) / Touch (★) / Things To Make And Do (★) *Note: "★" marks are limited songs that have not been played since 1983. ...And so it is. The composition is centered on the eight songs from "BOY", with early singles scattered throughout. It is largely in line with the most recent soundboard album "DEN HAAG 1981", but it is not exactly the same. While "Out Of Control" was not shown, it was sandwiched between "The Ocean" and "11 O'clock Tick Tock", which were played twice each. Both of them can experience the "BOY Tour" with the beautiful and powerful original master sound. This is all there is to it. Even after becoming a world superstar, it is wonderful, but the young U2, who was a rock band, is irreplaceable. This is a piece that speaks more eloquently than a thousand words. The best audience recording of the "Glasgow performance on January 24, 1981". The original master was provided by an overseas researcher, and there is no sparse feeling at all in the fiercely on core, and the bass, which tends to be a weak point, has a crisp attack sound and a rich groove created by the continuous gorilla. With a sound like FM broadcast, you can experience the full show full of precious early numbers at its best. This is a new masterpiece that is nothing other than a cultural heritage.
