U2's "U2:UV Achtung Baby Live" blew the whole world away with the performance of all the songs from the masterpiece "ACHTUNG BABY" and the other-dimensional entertainment of the new venue. The superb soundboard album that will be its masterpiece is born. It will be released urgently with the best sound 2CD in history, different from IEM and radio broadcast! This work is engraved with "March 2, 2024 La Vegas performance". It is a stereo soundboard recording recorded at the new era concert venue "Sphere". Unlike a normal concert tour, "U2:UV Achtung Baby Live" is a commercial concert residency that repeats performances at one venue many times. As the opening of "Sphere", 40 performances were held in about half a year from September 2023. This work was recorded on the final day, the 40th performance. This show was a hot topic for guest co-starring and rare songs as the final performance, but it was also a hot topic for the fact that the best line recording was left behind. There are also IEM sound sources available, but even more definitive is the radio broadcast by the digital satellite station "Sirius XM". This work is not the broadcast master... but a top-of-the-line update that further remixes and polishes the broadcast sound board. A remixed version of a completely official broadcast sound source The point here is that it is "remixed" and not "remastered". Although it is a little late to say this, live albums basically go through the stages of "mixing → mastering". "Remastering" is redoing the mastering work, and it is possible to adjust the finish of the sound, such as noise processing and pitch, but it is not possible to replace the performance or change fundamental elements such as the balance and stereo arrangement of each instrument. "Remixing" is what changes that. It is necessary to reassemble from multi-tracks recorded separately for each instrument. Usually, what we introduce in our shop is "remastered", but this work has been redone from "remix". Why was "remixing" necessary? If you have experienced the broadcast sound source by "Sirius XM", you will know, but this broadcast had a strong reverb overall, and it was criticized on fan sites as "the sound was drowned and unnatural". Since remastering at the stage when all the instruments are assembled does not remove the reverb, the raw performance sound must be restored and reassembled with disassembled multi-tracks. In other words, a remix was necessary. At this point, you may think, "If the raw sound is good, isn't IEM sound source good?", but in the case of U2, that is not the case. Their show is the biggest spectacle of the century. A huge staff works in precise timing and makes full use of elaborate visual expression. IEM interception is for that work, so it contains a lot of guide voices and click sounds. Although these work sounds are interesting in the sense of looking behind the scenes, they are only a hindrance as a musical work. The work that was born in this way is just perfect. From the original broadcast, the quality was "completely official class", but the subtleties of the performance that were buried in the reverb were also clearly clear. While boasting the same sound quality as the official works, the heat of the live performance emerges vividly, and you can enjoy the pleasure of the four people's breathing and the whole body synchronizing. On top of that, unlike IEMs, the distracting work sounds do not distract you from your concentration, and the balance of each instrument is also full of musical total balance. When faced with an album that is too perfect, even if you search for an ala with all your might, you will not find anything, and only beautiful words will line up. This work is an art piece like that. A full show of the final day with special guests and sets This work, which is drawn with such ultimate quality, is also too special in terms of the show content. This work is also a live album that will symbolize "U2:UV Achtung Baby Live" in the future, so let's take a bird's-eye view of the set here.
