Recently, TOTO has been producing masterpiece recordings of their latest performances in Japan one after another. They have released four albums: ``YOKOHAMA 2016'', ``BUDOKAN 2016'', ``AMAGASAKI 2016'', and ``OSAKA 2016'', and we have also introduced the extremely rare live performance ``HELSINKI 2016'', in which Joseph Williams was absent due to illness. However, there are many passionate fans who say, "But it's not enough!" and "More TOTO!" Therefore, we have decided to stock the best live album. This work is an audience album containing the “February 9, 2016 Vienna Performance”. The name of the venue, “Gasometer,” may not be familiar to you, but it was actually one of the largest gas tanks in Europe (!), built in 1899, more than a century ago. It was actually used as a tank until the mid-1980s, but it was restored and renovated in 2001, and the building was revived as an urban center. This work was recorded in a building with such a strange history. In fact, it was an original master delivered by TOTO's world authority just before the Japan performance. It was originally intended to be delivered as a preparation for the performance in Japan, but due to a slight delay in the delivery, it ended up being stored in the archives. However, as it is recommended by a world-class authority, its quality is genuine. Although we have delivered numerous Japanese performances on press CDs, this work has not yielded even half a step to those masterpiece recordings. The musical tone has a direct feel and is perfectly clear. Not only is the recording itself excellent, but it was also carefully mastered by the aforementioned authority. This is a book that brought out the charm of TOTO to the fullest by an enthusiast among enthusiasts who know everything about TOTO's personality. If it had arrived immediately after the live performance, it would have been pressed for preparation purposes, and it is definitely of high quality. TOTO's performance, which is depicted with a quality comparable to the masterpieces of the Japanese performance, is as wonderful as the Japanese performance. As a band that always performs high-quality live performances with their advanced playing skills, in this work, warm and uplifting melodies freely fly around the venue, and the top-notch ensemble creates a sweet and never-ending world of TOTO. It spreads. However, of course it is not a clone of the Japanese performance, the feeling of breathing of the audience in Vienna is completely different from Japan. Japanese audiences, known around the world for their modesty, bring their concentration to the stage so they don't miss every inch of the elaborate ensemble, while European audiences, which are traditionally more open-minded, are free to do whatever their heart desires. They cheered and clapped generously, and the reactions to the humor of the MC and members were vivid and loud. Of course, there was applause in Japan as well, but in contrast to the seriousness of the Japanese people, who unconsciously tried to get everything just right, the large audience in Vienna showed their excitement honestly and seemed to be pulling the band forward. As expected, TOTO's impregnable ensemble is not disturbed by the audience, and even the exhilaration of the melody can be heard lifted by the drifting atmosphere. To be honest, I am having a hard time conveying the "mood" that is difficult to put into words. I can only curse my poor writing skills. However, I would like to say that I felt a distinctly lively atmosphere flowing from the scene through the speakers. No matter how great the quality and wonderful mood of this work is, it can never compete with the powerful "memories of the scene" that many people have experienced in Japan. However, as long as there are customers who say "more!" and there are recordings with the quality to respond to that request, this masterpiece cannot be sunk into the darkness of history. After clearly stating, ``First of all, please enjoy the Japanese performance that you experienced'' and ``I do not recommend it to those who have already had their fill,'' I would also like to convey that it is a top quality product that cannot be ignored. A masterpiece live album that was loved even by TOTO's world-renowned authority. This weekend, it will be delivered to you with the deepest love for TOTO in your heart.
