The 1989 reunion tour was held to commemorate the group's 25th anniversary. The best video has been decided to be released. This work includes “June 21, 1989 Glens Falls performance”. The reunion tour had a total of 50 performances, 40 in North America + 10 in the UK, and the Glens Falls performance of this work is the first concert. The biggest point of this work is its amazing quality. Although the footage is from 28 years ago, it was only recently discovered. The visual beauty that was directly digitized from the original 8mm video master is amazing, and of course, if there are no dubbing marks, there will be no deterioration over time. The intensely vivid yet natural coloring with no processed look is so beautiful that it's hard to believe that it has traveled 28 years. Moreover, the filming technique is as amazing as the visual beauty. This is a shot looking down from the balcony seat on the right side of the stage (John Entwistle's side), but perhaps because I was in the front row, there is almost no shadow from the front row. It is a superb field of view where only the stage completely occupies the field of view. On top of that, the sense of stability and camera work are also excellent. Apparently no tripod was used, but there was almost no camera shake even when zooming in close. I would still understand if this was a fixed point shooting, but this work is the exact opposite, an active shot. Focusing on Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend, he repeatedly zooms in and out. Just when you think you've captured Pete's sharp cutting up close, the camera pulls back to a panoramic view, and then the dandy Roger approaches until it fills the screen. In addition, a screen shot of John's flowing fingertips is taken... What's more, he knows the songs/performances well, and in conjunction with their dynamism...or rather, his camera work uses zoom to forcefully bring out the dynamism of the songs. Even though it's such a bold shot, it doesn't shake. What makes the camera work even more outstanding is the sound. The best audience recording of a separate recording is synchronized, but this is also a fierce high quality. Although you can feel the audience-like feel in the “ringing” of the bass drum, its clearness and direct feeling are far from the audience record. It's clear, beautiful, and dynamic, almost like a radio broadcast. The show, which is drawn with such a quality that has two or three “super” marks, is also wonderful. The scene of this tour can also be seen in the official work “TOMMY AND QUADROPHENIA LIVE”, but of course this work is a separate performance. Not only are the performances different, but the sets are also significantly different. In addition to "Trick Of The Light" which was cut from the official work, "See Me, Feel Me", "I Won't Run Anymore", "All Shall Be Well", "A Friend Is A Friend" and "I Can't Explain" You can see the 1989 version of famous songs such as “Hey Joe”. In any case, it's a special seat where you can experience extremely high quality. Superb field of view, master freshness that ignores time and space, masterful camera work, extraordinary sound...this is a piece that has everything on a super high level. A substandard masterpiece that shatters the ``80s audience's common sense'' that we unconsciously held. Live at Civic Center, Glens Falls, NY. USA 21st June 1989 AMAZING SHOT!!! 1.
