Seven years after disbanding after "The Last Waltz," the band went on a reunion tour with four members, excluding Robbie Robertson, in 1983. This live performance at the Central Train Terminal in Buffalo, New York on October 28th was recorded almost completely with good audience quality for the time. With the addition of members from the Kate Brothers, the band also performed in Japan during this six-month tour, recreating the legendary live performance. The set list is truly "Best of the Band," and the four skilled members play in a way that makes you forget Robbie is absent. After this, two key members, Richard Manuel and Rick Danko, passed away, and this is a tear-jerking recording for 70's American rock fans, who will never be able to hear it again. 01.
