Three years have passed since the reunion, and TEARS FOR FEARS has been active since 2007. Introducing a soundboard album where you can enjoy their intimate sound. What is included in this work is the soundboard recording of “June 22, 2007 Paris Performance”. They reunited in 2004 and toured every year, but in 2007 they stopped. There was only a mini-US tour of four performances and one performance in Paris. Also, speaking of “Paris after reunion”, the official live work “SECRET WORLD LIVE IN PARIS” comes to mind, but of course this work is a separate performance. The official work is a show in June 2005, and this work is a live album just two years later. This work recorded at such a show is a broadcast sound source with plenty of soundboard flavor. Even if you say "sound board" in one word, there are many different personalities, but this work can be said to be "live radio broadcast style". In fact, it's hard to say whether it's really a live broadcast because the details are unknown (a French DJ is also inserted between songs, so it's definitely a broadcast sound source), but I can only think that the sound feels like that. For a system directly connected to the table, it is a well-organized mix of the entire ensemble, and loud cheers are also inserted in a well-balanced manner. On the other hand, the performance is vivid for an official work, and the slight limiter feeling is really raw. In any case, what is depicted on such a broadcast sound board is a similar but different show that can be called a sequel to “SECRET WORLD LIVE IN PARIS”. There are also repertoires that can't be heard in the official works, so let's compare and organize them. 80's Classics (6 songs)・THE HURTING: Pale Shelter/Mad World・SONGS FROM THE BIG CHAIR: Everybody Wants to Rule the World/Head Over Heels/Shout・THE SEEDS OF LOVE: Sowing the Seeds of Love From the 90's ( 5 songs)・ELEMENTAL: Break It Down Again (★) EVERYBODY LOVES A HAPPY ENDING: Secret World/Closest Thing to Heaven/Call Me Mellow/Quiet Ones (★) *Note: “★” indicates the official work “SECRET WORLD LIVE A song that cannot be heard on "IN PARIS". ...and it looks like this. The mood that suddenly starts with “Break It Down Again” is clearly different from “SECRET WORLD LIVE IN PARIS”, but if you look closely, all the songs of the official live work are being performed. And inserted into it is “Quiet Ones” which is rare even in “EVERYBODY LOVES A HAPPY ENDING”. This work is a sequel to “SECRET WORLD LIVE IN PARIS”, but it is also a live album that can be said to be an expanded version. Before "Call Me Mellow", Curt Smith took over as MC and said, "Happy birthday, me" (his actual birthday was June 24th, he was 46 years old at the time), and there was a peaceful chorus of the birthday song. show. This is a soundboard album where you can enjoy the live performance with 100% synchronization. As I have mentioned many times, this work is not only a broadcast sound source, but also a quasi-official music work "June 22, 2007 Paris Performance" that should be placed alongside the official work "SECRET WORLD LIVE IN PARIS". Soundboard recording. This is a broadcast sound source with a French DJ mixed in between the songs, and the mix of the entire ensemble is wonderful, and the loud cheers are inserted in a well-balanced manner, making this a broadcast-like soundboard album. It is also a sequel to the official work "SECRET WORLD LIVE IN PARIS", which takes place two years later, and is also an expanded version that allows you to enjoy "Break It Down Again" and "Quiet Ones" that cannot be heard there. This is a quasi-official music piece that should be collected alongside official works. L'Olympia Bruno Coquatrix, Paris, France 22nd June 2007 SBD (54:28) 1. Intro 2. Break It Down Again 3.
