An audience set containing the first solo performance in 27 years is now available! STRYPER has performed in Japan four times so far, and also appeared at LOUD PARK 11 in 2011, but their last solo performance was in 1989. This time, 27 years later, it was a special tour that also included the 30th anniversary of the masterpiece "TO HELL WITH THE DEVIL", and two setlists with different concepts were prepared. This work is a 4-disc set where you can enjoy these two sets with the best sound. First, let's take a look at the outline of his solo visit to Japan for the first time in 27 years. ・April 15: Osaka "All Time Best" ・April 16: Kawasaki "All Time Best" ・April 17: Kawasaki "TO HELL WITH THE DEVIL Complete Reproduction" In this way, only 3 times. The concept of the first day in Osaka and Kawasaki was "All Time Best", and only on the second and final day in Kawasaki was "TO HELL WITH THE DEVIL Complete Reproduction" performed. This work is an audience set with “April 15: Umeda CLUB QUATTRO Performance” on Discs 1 and 2 and “April 17: Kawasaki CLUB CITTA’ Performance” on Discs 3 and 4. The first day in Kawasaki was the same set as in Osaka (only the order of the encore songs was different), so you can enjoy both "All Time Best" and "Masterpiece Reproduction" with this one work. Although the venues are far apart in Osaka and Kawasaki, the recording artist is the same for both performances. This is an original recording by the "strongest taper in Western Japan". As the name suggests, he is a recording artist who is mainly active in Osaka and Nagoya, but he was unable to stand still while recreating "TO HELL WITH THE DEVIL", so he recorded it on an expedition. The first thing that appears is “April 15th”, the first day of Osaka on Discs 1 and 2. This also sounds great! For Mr. "Strongest", the venue is like a garden, so the super direct sound is almost a sound board. The edges are sharp and the separation is excellent. There's almost no reverberation in the venue or surrounding voices, and it feels so close that you'll think it was recorded directly to a desk. Still, the huge chorus that occurs at the chorus of each song is considered proper, but it is much further away than the band. It's a balance that makes you wonder, "No way, was it recorded from the backside of the stage?" Mr. ``The Strongest'' laughed and said, ``I can't believe we're actually sitting in the audience. I can't tell you specifically, though.'' Well, the show in Osaka is called the ``best of all time'' and is a gorgeous rush of famous songs. As expected, "REBORN" and "MURDER BY PRIDE" from the time when Tim Gaines was absent were omitted, but "Rock The People", "Lady" and "All For One" from the controversial work "AGAINST THE LAW" (at that time) were also performed. The thoroughness with which it is done. Perhaps conscious of reenacting the final day, "TO HELL WITH THE DEVIL" only plays a three-song medley as an encore, but there are 10 songs (+ medley) from the first disbandment period, and from the last three songs after the reunion. 8 songs (including covers of BLACK SABBATH and KISS). The order of the songs is random regardless of the era, but that's why there is a sense of unity in this "all-career summary by current STRYPER". Also, it's fun to be an MC, which is unique to a solo performance where you can use your time freely. ``Japan was my first foreign country. Did anyone come to see me then? Oh, there was only one.'' ``(In Japanese) Good evening, my name is Oz. Cheers!'' `` He keeps shouting "More Than A Man", right? He does a medley at the end of ``TO HELL WITH THE DEVIL.'' ``I'm going to wear that costume (at Kawasaki), but people might get tired of it!'' ""Is anyone coming to Kawasaki? Are you coming? If you're not here tomorrow, I'll be mad (lol)" "Oz, what did you buy at Starbucks?" "Pancakes. From now on, I'll have takoyaki." "Japan. "It's only sold in Japan!" "Oh, I have to come to Japan every week from now on." They talk to each other in a friendly manner and have a homely atmosphere. The ultimate one is after "Surrender". Surprisingly, one audience member proposes on stage. At first, the band seemed to be wondering about the uproar in the audience, but they said, "What? Huh? Are you guys getting married? Wow, Come on!" They asked the two of them to come up on stage and proposed on the spot. . Amidst the buzzing noise in the venue, a male fan said through the microphone, ``Thank you for all your help over the past year...I will do my best from now on and cherish you for the rest of my life.''I proposed to her with Lady's song that we both listened to for the first time. I will continue to be with you forever, so please marry me!'' The mood was like a wedding with Michael Sweet as the pastor. The atmosphere and the words of the fans were recorded most recently. The Osaka performance alone took up a lot of characters, but the “April 17th” on discs 3 and 4 is the complete reproduction live of “TO HELL WITH THE DEVIL” that is attracting attention. It was a packed house as it had been announced in advance, but the sound was just as great as in Osaka. Well, first of all, what kind of song will warm you up? Just when you're looking forward to it, "Abyss" pops out! The sudden and complete reproduction of the first album instantly brought the room to a boil beyond the warm level!! The all-time bests on Discs 1 and 2 were also gorgeous, but the complete reproduction of the masterpieces among the masterpieces is still amazing. A group of famous songs that were only played as a medley on the first day in Osaka and Kawasaki began to be played one after another, and the audience went crazy singing along. Of course, just like in Osaka, the direct musical tones take center stage, but the heavy choir version that turns the whole venue into a thick chorus is enough to send shivers down your spine. Although famous album reproduction live performances are very popular, they often end up being sloppy because you can't see what's ahead. In some cases, it may even be sad to see that the members are different from the original members, or that they are showing signs of aging. However, STRYPER's ``TO HELL WITH THE DEVIL'' was different. The audience, who have been preparing for 30 years, gathers and sings along, creating a spectacular version. Christian metal, which originally has beautiful melodies, resonates like gospel music... Of course, this is also because they have all the original members and have not weakened even after 30 years. Most masterpiece live performances have no meaning beyond the "memories of those who experienced them." However, this work is an extremely rare exception. No way, it is a live album that has “surpassed the original”. The grand finale of “More Than A Man” is a huge success. The main set came to an end just as I was starting to worry, ``I wonder what kind of song they're going to play next after getting so excited.'' Leaving the stage just by reproducing “TO HELL WITH THE DEVIL”, it is a wonderful live show with its purity. In order to keep that concept in mind, Disc 3 only includes ``TO HELL WITH THE DEVIL''. Of course, the concert itself does not end in less than 50 minutes, and disc 4 is an encore of all the best songs. “Reach Out”, which was not played on the first day of Osaka/Kawasaki, will also be performed here, making the venue even more heated by the reproduction of the masterpiece. Osaka is full of gorgeous all-career vests and plenty of surprises. The final day in Kawasaki was a great live performance that surpassed the original. This is a live set where you can enjoy two types of concerts in their entirety with the best sound. Each episode is amazing, and by having two episodes, you can cover all the songs. Even though the promised Bible tossing was also performed, this 4-disc set is so packed with so much to listen to that I forgot to mention it. Even including the official works, this is a work that I would like to emphatically say is ``STRYPER's moving masterpiece!'' Please enjoy it to the fullest.
