This nearly complete recording of the August 13th San Diego performance from the 1985 North American tour spans 1 hour and 51 minutes, captured from the original audience master by Marco Mohr, a legendary California taper active from the mid-1980s to early 1990s, around the same time as Mike Millard. Recorded from an original master owned by the legendary California taper, who was active from the mid-1980s to early 1990s, this recording was never traded until recently, when a renowned collector released it, bringing back a number of precious live recordings from high-quality tape. The quality is almost on par with the Millard tapes, and this title recreates the day's performance with a sound that is hard to believe was from an outdoor concert. And on the first day of his first solo North American tour after the release of his first solo album, "Blue Turtle Dream," the set, which includes eight songs from the album and the same number from his time with The Police, is close to the official "BRING ON THE NIGHT," but there are also seven songs that cannot be heard on the official version.
