This full 2 hour and 40 minute recording of the July 5th performance at EX Theater Roppongi, the third of four shows in Japan during the 2025 "Broadway's 50th Anniversary" tour, was released via taper and features a digital audience master recording. Following the release of "LIVE MAGIC AT TRADING BOUNDARIES," the band continues its energetic 2025 career, touring North America and Europe, and releasing "THE LAMB STANDS UP" shortly after arriving in Japan. Their first Japan performance in three years will be centered around the 50th anniversary of "Broadway's 50th Anniversary." As always, the first part of the show begins with solo tracks, followed by a performance of eight songs, primarily three from "The Secret Story of the Circus and the Night Whale." The second part of the show is a Genesis segment centered around "Broadway's 50th Anniversary," featuring a digest of nine tracks from the album, played in order, and of course, this is the highlight of the show. The encore featured three Genesis hits: "Supper's Ready," "Firth Of Fifth," and "Los Endos (Slogans)." Incidentally, "Supper's Ready" was replaced with a solo song on the official live album of the 2024 London concert, making this setlist a uniquely Japanese experience. While all four shows featured a fixed set, the Tokyo encore featured a drum solo, which wasn't included in the Osaka encore. The performance time for all three shows in Tokyo was a whopping 160 minutes, making this a Japan-only memorial item that recreates that passionate, long night with the best sound possible.
