This is a recording of his first solo tour of the US, which took place from July to August 1971, recorded by staff at a Japanese record company at the time, from a cassette master. Although the detailed data is unknown and the sound quality is not good because it was recorded with this audience at the time, it is surprising that this precious live performance is recorded almost in its entirety. The content is also surprising, starting with "Rock & Roll Woman" from his Buffalo days, but Stills does not sing, the backing members sing, and Stills takes over as chorus and lead guitar. After that, "Questions" from the Buffalo days is also a rare selection, where Stills takes the vocals, and the stage continues from there. Furthermore, during the acoustic set, David Crosby appeared and performed songs such as "The Lee Shore," which he had been singing with Nash at that time, together with Stills, and even Dave Mason appeared in the latter half of the electric set, and he performed Traffic's "Dear Mr. Fantasy." The fact that his solo live performance, which had been shrouded in mystery, was so luxurious shocked fans all over the world. Therefore, the set as a whole featured the songs from his second solo work, "Stephen Stills 2," and although the recording cuts off at the end of the last song, "Cherokee," this is a rare collector's edition of the highest order.
