Spyro Gyra is a long-running fusion band representing the East Coast of the United States. Leading 80's fusion with a sound that combines jazz with pop and Caribbean spice. The steel drum intro, the beautiful alto saxophone melody played by leader Jay Beckenstein, and the effective use of marimba all combine to create a sophisticated and refreshing sound, and the stage performance is also refreshing. I am very impressed. Recording time is 60 minutes
