A four-piece band from Seattle, USA, that gained huge support in the alternative/grunge scene. The original members at the time of formation in 1984 were Chris Cornell (vocals & guitar), Kim Thayil (guitar), Hiro Yamamoto (bass), and Scott Sundquist (drums). In 1986, the drummer was replaced by Matt Cameron, and the band debuted in 1988 with "Ultramega 0k". After some member changes, the band reached number one in the US with "Superunknown" in 1994. This is a collection of videos of Soundgarden, who broke up in 1997 at the height of their popularity. It includes "My Wave," one of the key tracks on the album "Superunknown," which later appeared on the deluxe reissue of the album, and "Searching With My Good Eye Closed," an eerie psychedelic rock number from the "Badmotorfinger" era.
