On July 6, 1963, at the Newport Jazz Festival in Rhode Island, a live performance featuring Coleman Hawkins, known as the father of jazz tenor, with the Sonny Rollins Trio was released on CD for the first time. The two performed live on July 15th and 18th of the same year on the official edition, and is famous as a double tenor's masterpiece, but it is said that the live performance on July 6th, which will be their first appearance this time, led to the production. That's it. In that sense, there is no doubt that this live performance will be a must-see for fans! "Remember" and "The Way You Look Tonight", which are not included in the official version, are played, and Coleman's manly and wild solo is a must-listen. Also, you can't miss listening to the tasteful piano performance by young Paul Bley.
