SLAYER and ANTHRAX have been scheduled to perform at “DOWNLOAD FESTIVAL JAPAN” along with Ozzy Osbourne. A super-excellent video of these two men sharing the stage has been decided to be released. SLAYER is currently on their final world tour “FAREWELL TOUR”. It was held in a festival format, and ANTHRAX (LAMB OF GOD, BEHEMOTH, and TESTAMENT also participated) were nominated by Emperor SLAYER to participate. This work includes a scene from the farewell tour in which the two heroes of the Four Heavenly Kings stood side by side. This is a superb audience shot of “June 20, 2018 Austin Performance”. First of all, let’s check the show’s position in the entire SLAYER last world tour. ●2018・May 10th - June 20th: North America #1 (26 performances) ←★Here★・June 23rd: Iceland performance・July 26th - August 26th: North America #2 (21st Performance)・October 7th: Mexico performance >>Now here<<・November 1st-December 8th: North America #3 (24 performances) ●March 9th + 11th, 2019: Australia (2 performances )・March 21st: DOWNLOAD JAPAN・June 21st-23rd: HELLFEST This is the tour schedule announced so far. This week, Ryoyu's masterpiece "FAREWELL SUMMER 2018 (Shades 976)" will be released normally, but this is the most recent "North America #2" masterpiece. On the other hand, this work is a masterpiece that is famous as a representative video of “North America #1” in the early stages. In fact, the quality is extraordinary. In fact, it is by the same photographer as the San Antonio performance recorded in “FAREWELL SUMMER 2018”, but it is a super audience comparable to the video that is called the best masterpiece among enthusiasts. What's amazing about it is that it's super impressive. Actually, I don't know the detailed position because only the stage occupies the screen, but I can tell that it's within a few rows from the front... or else it would be impossible. Maybe in the front row. After all, instead of being bothered by the shadows from the front row, only the stage was visible on the screen. You can tell it's an audience shot because it doesn't move from the position to the right of the stage (closer to Scott Ian/Kelly King), but it's almost the same as a professional shot from the camera pit. The show drawn with that quality is also exquisite. At this point, since Vinnie Paul was alive, there is no memorial “Cowboys From Hell” by ANTHRAX, but other than that it is almost the same as “FAREWELL SUMMER 2018”. I will avoid repeating explanations, but ANTHRAX has concentrated their golden best in a short time, and SLAYER has shown off their all-time gorgeous best. however! The big difference is the beginning of ANTHRAX. Unlike "FAREWELL SUMMER 2018", it is recorded from "The Number Of The Beast" of SE before the performance, but this is a must-see!! In fact, Scott Ian's son (7 years old) was on stage here. It's on the edge and performing fiercely metallic. This is super cute. While playing the air guitar inherited from his father, he runs and jumps like Bruce Dickinson and does the peace sign like Ozzy Osbourne. Of course, no matter how stupid Scott is, he doesn't make his son a part of the show, and his son doesn't appear in the center of the stage. Although they were just having fun in the corner, the audience was so cute that they fell in love with it. They cheer their son's every move with great enthusiasm. Also, an interesting scene on SLAYER's side is "Payback." Let's start with a good mood! At this point, Kelly's guitar makes no sound. The scene where Kelly smiles bitterly and gestures, "Please wait a moment," is a heartwarming scene. The derailment was unexpectedly long, but of course the highlight of this work is the superb show of the two thrash giants. Both are extremely best sets, but if you watch them consecutively, you will notice how well they work together. METALLICA and MEGADETH are known as the "four kings of thrash," but they are sibling bands with the same roots. There are many similarities, such as complex song structures, NWOBHM roots, and lyrical melodies. On the other hand, SLAYER and ANTHRAX draw a line. There is a difference between being evil and being cheerful, but the emphasis is on explosive rhythms, completely eliminating lyricism. Even if it's a slow part, it functions more as a contrast to highlight the explosion rather than to make you listen carefully. Even at the show site, the moshing rate is significantly different from METALLICA & MEGADETH, but seeing the uniqueness of these two men in a row creates a tremendous momentum. SLAYER and his best partner ANTHRAX hit Japan on their final tour. This is a masterpiece video that allows you to witness these two couples, who are considered to be one of the Four Heavenly Kings but have great contrast in their personalities and great compatibility, from the super special seats. We would like you to enjoy it in conjunction with "FAREWELL SUMMER 2018" where you can also see the San Antonio performance by the same photographer, but you are welcome to try out this work first. There is no doubt that the amazing quality will make you want "more!" A masterpiece of such a wonderful audience shot. 360 Amphitheater, Austin, TX, 20th June 2018 AMAZING SHOT!!! ANTHRAX 1.
