There are two broadcasts included in this work. This is a two-disc set of FM broadcast sound sources with "October 22, 1984 Munich Performance" on Disc 1 and "December 29, 1984 London Performance" on Disc 2. As for the quality, both have great FM sound. To be honest, "PROMISE IN TOKYO" is not far behind, but that's because that 2CD is an extraordinary masterpiece. The sound of this work is one of the best among the sounds that you imagine when you think of "80s FM recordings", and it is a more than adequate soundboard album unless you compare it with the abnormal and transcendental sound. So, is “PROMISE IN TOKYO” enough? Well, it's not like that. As you can see from the title and date, ``PROMISE IN TOKYO'' is a big hit after ``PROMISE,'' whereas this work is packed with performances that just came out in ``DIAMOND LIFE.'' Of course, the set list is different, and the two performances combined include "Sally," "I Will Be Your Friend," "Is It A Crime," and "Frankie's First Affair," which cannot be heard on "PROMISE IN TOKYO." You can listen to all songs on ``DIAMOND LIFE'' except ``Living''. They also performed "Love Affair With Life", which was only available on the cassette version of "DIAMOND LIFE", and "Red Eye", which was included in the Japanese 12-inch "SMOOTH OPERATOR". On the other hand, he also played “Is It A Crime” and “Mr Wrong” which would later be included in “PROMISE”. In my current sense, "Is It A Crime" is a representative song among the representative songs, but here it is only an unreleased new song, and even when the intro starts, the audience just listens without reacting. The audience could not even grasp the ending and started cheering, and at the very end, a huge applause erupted. This is a record of the moment when the representative song was released into the world and captured the hearts of the audience. Of course, the most refreshing thing is the performance itself. Sade Adu, who was 25 years old at the time, has a singing voice that is full of the freshness of her debut. Even their Japanese debut song "Smooth Operator" was released only a month ago. A great wave of success had already occurred, but in the midst of that whirlpool, passionate singing voices and performances burst forth as they tried to prove their own music. ``PROMISE IN TOKYO'' is an intense album that obscures even the official historical studio work. You can spend an incredibly heartwarming time watching just that, but if you taste the steps that led to it, you'll be even more deeply moved. This work is a soundboard album for that purpose. First of all, I would like you to experience the extreme musical beauty of "PROMISE IN TOKYO", but if you have time, please check out the official "DIAMOND LIFE" → this work → official "PROMISE" → "PROMISE IN TOKYO" I want you to immerse yourself in it one after another. From 1984 to 1986, when SADE spread its wings around the world. It was a time when Western music was at its most dazzling. Give you a luxurious time to enjoy to the fullest.
