As a bonus disc for Eric Clapton's ``Landover 1983,'' we include a complete recording of the stage performance of slide guitar master Ry Cooder, who was the opening act for this performance, in a good stereo audience recording. ! Cooder participated in Everybody Oughta Make A Change from Clapton's album "Money And Cigarettes" released this year, and developed a slide battle with Clapton. Clapton liked it and appointed him as the opening act for the tour, and he warmed up the stage. At this time, Cooder was riding high, releasing honorable works in quick succession, ``BorderlLine'' in 1980 and ``The Slide Area'' in 1982. The setlist includes How Can A Poor Man Stand Such Times And Live? from his debut album, Money Honey from his second album, "Purple Valley," and songs from his classic album "Chicken Skin Music," released in 1976. There are early numbers such as Smack Dab In The Middle, Little Sister from the masterpiece "Bop till You Drop" released in 1979, and The Very Thing That Makes You Rich Makes Me Poor, and you can play them carefully and create your own. It was designed to show its identity. In addition to Cooder, the band members include Ronnie Barron (guitar, organ); Patrick Henderson (organ); Tim Drummond (bass); Milt Holland (drums, percussion); Jim Keltner (drums); Bobby King (vocals). It appears that he was participating. The band consists of a large number of people, creating a lively and luxurious feast of American music. Of course, first-class slide play is also shown here and there. The master was uploaded to the Internet by the same person who recorded Clapton's stage, and although the sound quality is slightly less than the high quality of Clapton's stage, it is still good enough to be able to distinguish the instruments of a large band. It's quality. If you listen to Cooder's performance from this stage, you are guaranteed to be able to travel back in time to the concert venue on February 28, 1983. Live at Capital Center, Landover, Maryland, USA 28th February 1983 TRULY AMAZING SOUND (44:41) 1. Intro. 2. Little Sister 3. Smack Dab In The Middle 4. If Walls Could Talk 5.
