ROXY MUSIC, who made a long-awaited reunion at the beginning of the new century. A superb soundboard album that will pour live performances into your brain for the first time in 18 years is here. It will be released as a best master CD with the stamp of approval from researchers. This work is engraved with the "Glasgow performance on June 11, 2001". It is a stereo soundboard recording. Their "Reunion Tour 2001" is symbolized by the live album "LIVE", but that official work was an edited work compiled from various places on the world tour. It's a good opportunity, so let's organize the relationship between the recording date of the official album and this work. Europe #1 Leg (15 performances) ・June 11: Glasgow ←★12 songs of this work★ ・June 17: Birmingham (2 official songs) North American Leg (15 performances) ・July 16: Toronto (1 official song) ・July 29: Detroit (2 official songs) ・August 3: Vancouver (1 official song) ● Australia / Japan Leg (8 performances) ・August 17: Adelaide (2 official songs) ・August 19: Perth (3 official songs) ・September 7: Tokyo (1 official song) Europe State #2 Leg (13 performances) September 14: Antwerp (1 official song) September 19: Jamburg (1 official song) September 22: Stuttgart (2 official songs) September 24: Milan (2 official songs) September 26: Vienna (1 official song) September 28: Manchester (1 official song) September 29: Glasgow (1 official song) October 2: London (1 official song) These are the official "LIVE" and recording dates of this work. "LIVE" was recorded in 15 locations, but the Glasgow performance of this work has no dubs. Moreover, it was a concert that was the first two performances of the world tour, which was earlier than any of the official tracks. This show is known for being broadcast on the famous program "In Concert" of the long-established BBC Radio 2, and is a classic that has produced many existing groups. There are several variations such as different broadcasts, but this work is the highest peak of the original broadcast version. We have delivered many famous records under the supervision of overseas Brian Ferry researchers, and this is the latest work. The sound that was declared to be "This is the best!" is a beauty that cannot be found in air checks. Of course, it is zero distance and close contact, but the stable and lustrous sound can only be described as "completely official class". Moreover, it has a rich density and natural feel of an analog sense. The stage depicted with such a rich superb sound is a little different from the official "LIVE". Although the editing along the approximately one-hour broadcast frame is far from a full show, the delicious repertoire is concentrated in that amount. Let's check the contents here as well. Early period (5 songs) Roxy Music: Ladytron/If There Is Something (★) For Your Pleasure: Editions of You/Do The Strand Single: Virginia Plain Mid-period and later (7 songs) Stranded: Street Life/A Song For Europe/Mother Of Pearl (★) Others: Out Of The Blue/Both Ends Burning After resuming activities: Oh Yeah/Jealous Guy *Note: ★ marks songs that were not performed at the Japan concert. ...And so it goes. A group of masterpieces that recall the wonderful Japan concert are performed one after another, but in fact, "If There Is Something" and "Mother Of Pearl", which were not performed in Japan, are also performed. In particular, "If There Is Something" was a limited song only at the very beginning of the tour (up to the 7th performance). Also, it is the performance itself that makes you feel the early days of the tour more than the set. The level of training is impeccable, perhaps because of careful rehearsals, but the fresh atmosphere is unique to the early days of the tour. It was a long-awaited reunion, and the fact that the second performance was a radio broadcast at the very beginning gave us a very serious performance. As mentioned above, "LIVE" was a live album that connected memories from each part of the tour, but I can't help but think that it would have been more refreshing to have only performed in Glasgow... It's 23 years since the reunion tour, which was the first in 18 years. I won't look back on their activities after that, but it all started from here. This is the highest peak update of the soundboard album that pours the fresh and proud live performance of the second performance of the world tour into your brain. Stereo soundboard recording of the "Glasgow performance on June 11, 2001". The best master provided by an overseas researcher, the stable and lustrous sound is not acceptable for any other words than "completely official class". This is a beautiful soundboard album in which famous songs and fresh live performances from the very early days of the second reunion performance, such as "If There Is Something" and "Mother Of Pearl," which were not performed in Japan, are poured directly into your brain.
