The Madison Square Garden (hereinafter referred to as MSG) performance was the highlight of the North American leg of the “LICKS TOUR”. It has been decided to release professional shots of the people involved who can enjoy the whole story with multi-camera. This work was filmed at "MSG performance on January 16, 2003." Speaking of MSG in 2003, it was broadcast on TV from HBO and made into the official DVD "FOUR FLICKS", but it was on "January 18th". This work is a professional shot of a completely different performance. To begin with, MSG is a two-day continuous performance. The second day, ``18th,'' was broadcast on TV, but HBO also took professional shots of the first day, ``16th,'' as a camera rehearsal. This work is a leaked professional shot that completely records “16th”, which was unreleased at the time. Its quality is excellent. The leaked master has monaural audio and a slightly whitish color, so it cannot be said to be "official grade", but the shooting itself is completely official work. After all, it was filmed by HBO, the same as the second day when it became official, and the various angles are gorgeous and the video processing is also elaborate. Naturally, the audio is also the best sound board. Even if you ignore the relationship with the official video, it is more than enough to be one of the best video works of “LICKS TOUR”. The show drawn with that quality is also wonderful. Perhaps because the main broadcast was coming up soon, there wasn't much excitement, and Mick was a little restrained. However, that was compared to the second day, and as expected, the magnificent performance that excited the large venue MSG was amazing. I'm also happy that the set list is a little different from the second day. "Start Me Up", "Tumbling Dice", "Gimme Shelter", and "Sympathy For The Devil", which were played on the second day of MSG but were cut from the official DVD, are also included, and they were not even played on the second day. You can also enjoy ``Live With Me'' and Keith Corner's ``Slipping Away'' and ``Before They Make Me Run.'' Another big difference from the second day is the guests. On the second day, Sheryl Crow joined in and added some flair to "Honky Tonk Women," but the guest on the first day was the late Hubert Sumlin, who was quite a bit reluctant. The famous guitarist who became famous as Howlin' Wolf's partner appears on "Let It Bleed." Unfortunately, the guitar work is difficult to understand due to the on-site mix, but you can enjoy the multi-camera view of Keith and Ronnie happily getting involved.
