The last full show of 2016 was the Las Vegas performance on October 22, 2016. The video collection "LAS VEGAS 2016: THE VIDEO" was well received the other day, but the fiercely upgraded version has arrived. What's surprising is the improvement in quality, but some people may not know the previous version, so let's start with the basics. This work is an audience shot of the Las Vegas performance. It was produced by an overseas enthusiast, and is a video work that combines the fragmented footage that appears one after another and finishes it in a full show format. It is not a single camera for each song, but a multi-camera specification that freely switches cuts according to the highlights even within a song. Of course, the material footage is fragmented, so the quality varies, and not all songs and scenes are the best, but the angle that is the framework of this work is super-excellent. It is an angle that takes a close-up of Mick from the runway, but the stability and image quality are at a level that is surprising, "This is not a pro shot!?" rather than "It's like a pro shot". Although the super high quality video is not available for all songs, other songs have as many wonderful videos as possible, and scenes where the video itself has not been excavated at all are supplemented with still images. Moreover, the selection and editing spirit are also wonderful. There is no self-satisfaction of simply saying "I've collected so much video!", and it is clear that the selection is "Look at this!" in pursuit of the charm of the Stones only. Therefore, instead of changing it rapidly with a meaningless number of cuts, the best cuts are shown carefully, and other cuts are sandwiched in effective scenes. Only the audience shots, which have differences for each angle, vividly convey "why do you want to show this scene, this angle?", and even the editor's "feelings" are conveyed directly. It is a work of maniacs' love in the 21st century. ...And so far, the basic information of the previous "LAS VEGAS 2016: THE VIDEO". This work is an upgraded version, but first of all, the image quality is different. It seems to have been produced by the same maniacs as the previous version, but even the same cuts are fiercely beautiful. In the previous commentary, I wrote, "Isn't this a pro shot!?", but this work is so beautiful that I want to mix it into the official work. To be honest, last time, even though I was impressed by the superb close-up angle, I couldn't help but think, "Well, it can't be helped," because of the sweet image quality of the other distant shots, but this time, even the distant view is high quality. "This is really not a pro shot, is it...?" is a wonderful thought that crosses my mind. Furthermore, this work is a highlight even before and after the show. There are plenty of special scenes with pro shots that were not in the previous version. First of all, the scene that jumps out when you play this work is the scene where the members of the Stones enter Las Vegas. From there, the concert advertisement video starts to flow one after another, stirring up expectations for the show. This pre-show scene is a complete pro shot, and a special video just for this show. In terms of quality and record, it is a masterpiece scene that you will never see again if you miss this work. And it is a must-see after the show. This DVD also contains plenty of interviews with fans filmed at the venue, along with professional shots of the superb live footage. It touches on expectations for the show, reports from the day, and even the canceled first day (originally, two Las Vegas shows were scheduled, but the first one was canceled due to Mick's pharyngitis). It also includes the reactions of the people and media surrounding the Las Vegas show, making it a super-quality recording of everything. Live at T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas, NV.
