Following the Tampa performance released at our store, the live sound source from 1994 has appeared again from “WALFGANG’S VAULT”. Tampa was just the live show before the live broadcast of Miami, which was the highlight of the 1994 tour, but this time it is a surprising sound source of rehearsal for the Miami show. Moreover, the rehearsal held on November 24th, the day before the show, is recorded with the best stereo soundboard recording. Unlike the Stones' rehearsal sound sources such as 72 Dallas Rehearsal, it is a multi-track recording, so it has excellent freshness, and you can feel the tension of intensively repeating rehearsals for the next day. However, due to the nature of the rehearsal sound source, it is also true that there are many situations other than performances, such as silence created by the band's breaks between songs and equivalent tuning, so it is true that there are many scenes other than performance, such as silence created by the band's breaks between songs, and the same tuning. By cutting as much as possible, we were able to record it on a single disc, making it much easier to listen to than its original state. This difference is considered to be very large in terms of viewing. The rehearsal started with "Stop Breaking Down". In the actual performance, Robert Cray joined in and performed, but this song itself was performed for the first time live, so here we first repeated the rehearsal with only the Stones. Moreover, since there is no Clay at this point, I think it is rare that Ronnie and Keith are taking turns taking solos. This means you can listen to the pure Stones version. After this, we will review the songs that will be played in the first half of the show. Mick sings in a restrained manner because it is a rehearsal just before the actual performance, but it is interesting because it has a looser Stones-like atmosphere than the usual performances of this period. Among them, the intro of "Doo Doo Doo Doo Doo" features Chuck Leavell's loose improvisations in front of the regular pattern, creating a wonderful atmosphere reminiscent of 1973 or 1975. I wish I had played it like this in the actual performance. After this, rehearsals with guests will begin, but first Sheryl Crow will appear with “Live With Me”. However, at this point I'm surprised that I can't sing (bitter smile). I'm pretty worn out, sometimes forgetting the lyrics. Crow, who is now a big name, was just breaking out at this time. I'm impressed by their courage in front of the world's greatest Stones. In the second performance, the part to be shared with Mick was finally decided, and it would be reconfirmed that it was played in a way that Mick was even more drawn to in the actual performance. In that respect, “Who Do You Love” with Bo Diddley, whom the Stones adore, has changed from the beginning and is incandescent, and you can hear a performance reminiscent of the actual performance. Above all, the Stones members clearly show a difference in spirit from Crow (lol). It's not surprising considering that it's a song by an artist that they were originally good at. And finally, the final rehearsal of "Stop Breaking Down" with Robert Cray. In the actual performance, it was a notorious scene where Charlie did not mesh well with the other members from the beginning, resulting in a disorganized performance, but here, as it was a rehearsal, there was no such confusion, and the atmosphere was more cautious. I'm surprised that the performance has been successful and has become a wonderful performance that surpasses the actual performance. Throughout, the very enthusiastic rehearsals are recorded in the best sound quality, and it has been edited to make it easy to listen to. Miami, Florida, USA 24th November 1994 STEREO SBD (79:55) 1.
