Thanks to the JEMS team's change of platform, the long-awaited mirrored masters of the remaining performances of the Rolling Stones' 1975 LA Forum series have begun to be released. The first day's "L.A. FORUM 1975 1ST NIGHT: MIKE MILLARD MASTER TAPES" is already causing a big sensation, but the mirrored master of July 12 has been released. Unfortunately, Millard made a mistake in the operation of the recorder on this day, and as a result, only 50 minutes of recording was recorded from the start of the live performance. Nevertheless, since it is a world-famous mirrored recording, it was released about 20 years ago on EV "WHORES, COCAINE AND A BOTTLE OF JACK" and VGP "THE LOST MILLARD MASTERS". The versions recorded on those were not only recorded in a basic gen-down state, but were also recorded from copies that were downgraded to mono. Even as a maniac, I'm sure you've wondered at the time, "Why is it mono on this day...". However, this time, the first stereo recording has been realized! As expected from the Mirrored Master, this is an upgrade that is far beyond what has already been released. The sound spread and clarity have improved dramatically, to a level that is no longer comparable. If this is the case, I would like to release a CD even with a recording of less than 50 minutes, but the situation has changed dramatically from 20 years ago. Now, the pro-shot video of the same day has been officially released, and there is also the best-selling soundboard album "L.A. FORUM 1975 4TH NIGHT". In that case, even if it is a Mirrored recording, it is difficult to record an incomplete recording of only 50 minutes. I really regret that Mirrored failed to record on this day. Because he was able to record from the ultimate position of the front row that day, it is possible to guess that Keith's guitar was recorded near his amp with overwhelming sound pressure that can be called the soundboard itself. However, because he was in the front row, there was a security guard nearby, and he was unable to check the recorder, which he usually did even during recording. Just when that happened, Millard made a mistake with the recorder and the recording ended up being less than 50 minutes long. Nevertheless, the recording in stereo and with the original rich sound quality is enough to amaze enthusiasts. The Forum, Inglewood, CA, USA 12th July 1975 TRULY PERFECT/ULTIMATE SOUND (50:52) 01.
