The latest superb footage of “US + THEM 2017” is set to be released. This work includes the “San Antonio performance on July 1, 2017”. This is the 17th concert of the tour. We have delivered many video works so far, but the key point of this work is the dynamic quality. Of course, since it is the latest video, it is natural that it has super vivid digital image quality and beautiful sound. On top of that, it is a video that allows you to see a variety of scenes. That said, this work is not multi-camera. It is a one-camera shot taken from the first floor seats slightly to the right of the center of the stage. However, this position is very wonderful. When the show starts, a huge screen looking straight ahead is reflected on the screen. This alone is a huge spectacle like a movie, but that is not all. Since it is not far from the stage, you can take a direct shot of Roger, and you can also zoom in to capture the solos of each member. It is not far enough to completely capture the entire stage, so if you follow Roger walking left and right on the stage, the angle changes completely, and in elaborate video production scenes, you can pull back and concentrate on the screen. Whether you watch the performance directly or watch the screen production, you can enjoy each one (even though it's a single camera), and you never get bored of the same scenes throughout the show. Moreover, (for some reason) no matter which direction you look, there are no annoying shadows, and only an extremely spacious view continues. The variety is further enhanced by dynamism from the middle of the show. In "Battersea Rises SFX", sirens ring out throughout the venue, and a screen curtain descends from the sky across the venue. The photographer is almost directly below it. Therefore, the enormity of the screen is an incredible spectacle. When Battersea Power Station rises up, it is impossible to fit it in even if you move the camera left and right. It is so huge that it feels like you are standing right next to the wall. And then there is "Pigs (Three Different Ones)". Pigs float around the venue, and in order to capture them, you look up and look back as far as you can. The scale of the entire venue projected when you look back is amazing. Not only the dynamism of the large venue, but also the audience packed into the stands all raised their smartphones to take pictures, take pictures, take pictures! Until now, I had only been paying attention to the details of the production, but I wondered how the audience reacted to it... It also captured the mood of the entire show.
