This is a video of Ringo Starr's All-Star Band's first Japan tour in three years. A total of 11 performances were held, starting in Fukuoka on March 27th and ending in Osaka on April 11th. This time, the band has a new lineup with Hamish Stewart, who used to be in Paul's band, and Colin Hay of Men at Work, replacing Todd Rundgren and Richard Page. Disc 1 contains the second day of Fukuoka, Hiroshima, Sendai, and Tokyo, and disc 2 contains the third and fourth days of Tokyo, Nagoya, Amagasaki, and Osaka. All are recorded with audience shots.
