RATT rocked the whole world as a symbol of LA metal during their debut era. A video work featuring his precious appearance has been decided to be released. Speaking of RATT, along with QUIET RIOT and MOTLEY CRUE, they are known for making American metal known to the world. Despite being such a big name, for some reason there were no live albums or live videos left during the golden era, and even now the awesomeness of the stage has not penetrated at all. This work is a collection of videos that cures that thirst and allows you to witness the era when they were at their most active before and after their debut. This work consists of three major sections. Let's introduce each one individually. [Shots of people involved before debut (10 songs)] First of all, there are rare footage from the very early stages before debut. This is an audience shot of "June 17, 1983 Pasadena Performance". At that time, it was two months before the release of their debut EP "RATT", and you can witness the scene right before the eruption. The quality is truly that of a valuable video, and the video master also has dubbing marks. It's hard to see the facial expressions of the members (other than Stephen Percy). However, it is different from other audience shots. Although the shot was taken with a single camera from the rear of the audience seats, a tripod was definitely used to give it a solid sense of stability, and the viewpoint that passes directly over the heads of the audience on the first floor and looks directly at the stage makes me think that it is from the seats of the people involved. do not have. Above all, the camera work accurately zooms in on the highlights. Full of zoom in/out to understand when to solo and when to form formations. Considering that it's a big band that everyone knows, and considering that it's before their debut, I think they're probably filming it for material purposes in order to sign a contract with a record company. Another strength of this video is its length. The 10 songs and approximately 46 minutes make up about half of this work, and you can enjoy even the extremely rare and unreleased song "I Won't Lose." Now, let's organize the contents of the set. RATT (E.P.): U Got It/You're in Trouble/Back for More/Walkin' the Dog/Tell the World/Sweet Cheater OUT OF THE CELLAR: In Your Direction/Round and Round/Wanted Man Unreleased song: I Won't Lose (or Ain't Gonna Lose) [Multi-camera professional shots at major debut (4 songs)] Next up is the "Salt Lake City performance on March 18, 1984." This is a multi-camera professional shot taken 9 days before the release of the 1st album "OUT OF THE CELLAR". The Pasadena video was just for reference purposes, but this one is completely professional. Whether it was broadcast on MTV or recorded on the official DVD, it is a video that looks like a work without any problems. Unfortunately, it's only 4 songs short, but if the contents are special selections such as ``You Think You're Tough,'' ``You're in Trouble,'' ``The Morning After,'' and ``Round and Round,'' there's nothing to complain about. You can enjoy the magnificent actions of Percy, who embodies the new movement "LA Metal", and the fingertips of Warren De Martini, who is already thrilling the audience with his heroic solo. You can enjoy 4 treasured songs and 15 minutes that will make you think, ``This is the first RATT!'' [Initial video clip collection (4 songs)] The last section is not a live performance but a PV collection. In addition to "You Think You're Tough" from the debut E.P. "RATT," it also includes "Round and Round," "Back for More," and "Wanted Man" from "OUT OF THE CELLAR." The clips were familiar from MTV at the time, so the 80's feel is amazing. "You Think You're Tough," which features Ozzy the Great, "Round and Round," which is full of the feel of a drama that takes down the upper class, "Back for More," which mixes the streets of LA with convertibles and a glittering stage, and the tour. ``Wanted Man'' has a very exciting setting in which a bus wanders into a Western movie... The glamorous members are also eye-catching, and the beautiful women's long hair is the epitome of "The LA Metal." Precious live scenes and glittering PVs. This is a video collection of early RATT, which spread the image of LA metal, which created a completely different worldview to the whole world, while admiring British heavy metal. This was the flowering of hair metal, which would later involve the likes of UK metal's mainstays JUDAS PRIEST, Ozzy Osbourne, and WHITESNAKE, and RATT was at the forefront of this.
