The masterpiece that was the biggest shock of RAINBOW bootlegs along with "RISING ROUGH MIX" is reprinted in the original release version. The "biggest shock" is the cozy tape that contains the "RISING" members' final performance "December 16, 1976: Nippon Budokan, evening session". Yes, it's "WHEN EVENING FALLS". In the first place, this "December 16, evening session" was also used in part in the great album "ON STAGE", but even after that, the finest stereo sound boards have continued to be excavated. This is a good opportunity, so let's organize it here.・SBD#1: Part of the official "ON STAGE" main story ・SBD#2: Cassette owned by Cozy [This work] ・SBD#3: "THE END OF RISING" ・SBD#4: Three songs from "SOUNDBOARD ARCHIVES 1976" ・SBD#5: CD2 of the official "ON STAGE" deluxe edition These five soundboards have appeared in the world. Leaving aside the traditional "ON STAGE" main story, the first long soundboard was Cozy Tape's "SBD#2". This work is an accurate reproduction of the original release Langley version. Anyway, the impact was tremendous. After all, it is a long stereo soundboard that includes "Stargazer" and Cozy's drum solo, which could not be heard on "ON STAGE". Moreover, the rawness of the rawness is intense, and the famous performance, which can be called "Hard Rock Utopia", is poured directly into your ears... In fact, the sound is completely different from "ON STAGE", which was patched up and arranged. Ronnie's voice is sung at a sigh level, and Cozy's drums, which were described as "smacking a drum can", are also directly connected to your ears. As for Richie, he approaches with a direct feeling as if he had plugged a Stratocaster directly into his brain. With such an intense sound, he sometimes whispers and sometimes explodes, depicting a strong dynamism. It was a piece that made the world realize the power, charm and impact of the "Cozy Tape". However, even though this Cozy Tape was "long", it was not "complete", and there were cuts in several places. To list them, from the beginning to "Kill The King", the Lazy intro at the beginning of "Man On The Silver Mountain", the tape reversal in "Blues", from the end of the drum solo to the first half of "Still I'm Sad", and from the middle to the end of "Do You Close Your Eyes". In Langley's original version (= this work), such cuts are supplemented with the audience recording of the already released version "DEFINITIVE LAST NIGHT", so that the full show can be enjoyed seamlessly. However, it was also an opportunity for enthusiasts around the world to run to solve the mystery, such as "Why did Cozy have the cut tape?" and "What is the relationship with the patchwork editing of "ON STAGE"?". The impact of the main sound board was so tremendous that the reason was curious, not only whether there was a cut or not. This week, the newly excavated "BUDOKAN 1978 FINAL NIGHT" of "the last day of the 1978 visit to Japan" was released. And this work is "the last day of the 1976 visit to Japan". It's not just the same "final day of their visit to Japan" or the same "Nippon Budokan," but I want you to remember the joy of new discoveries. The thrill of encountering a sound you've never heard before.
