Introducing Mr. Peach's masterpiece recording from around the world!!! Recorded with unbelievably high sound quality, this is a must-listen for fans. A bad-sounding version of this day's performance is circulating among enthusiasts, but this take is a truly amazing high-quality sound source that has not been distributed among traders at all. In particular, Richie's guitar is recorded very clearly, and you can clearly hear not only the solo but also the detailed backing play. I get the impression that Richie can't get into the first few songs, probably because it was a concert immediately after the accident that occurred at the Sapporo performance on January 27th, but I can see that he is gradually getting better. On the other hand, Ronnie's vocals are really wonderful throughout the whole story, and I am impressed by his professional performance. An interpreter appears before Catch The Rainbow, explains the Sapporo accident, and also records a moment of silence. The highlight is Man On The Silver Mountain, which includes Long Live Rock 'n' Roll, Lazy at the beginning, Blues & improvisational jam in the middle. Around this point, Richie's groove gets better, and in addition, the guitar sound improves. It's surprisingly clear. Tuesday 31 January 1978 at Kenmin-Kaikan Dai-Hall, Niigata Disc 1; 01.
