Among the RAINBOW eras, the Ronnie James Dio era and the Graham Bonnet era are special to many fans due to the presence of Cozy Powell. Although excellent sound sources are left in both audience recordings and soundboards in both eras, there are few videos of live performances, and all that exists is valuable. In this work, the professional shot footage that recorded RAINBOW up to 1980 is compiled into one with excellent materials. This is a must-have for everyone from beginners to enthusiasts, as it allows you to easily access a number of must-see videos for fans. The first thing that appears is footage from the "RISING" tour from Ronnie's era. This "World Tour 1976" has been circulating under titles such as "Tour Documentary" for some time, and this take uses the Japanese broadcast version. The material was familiar from film concerts, etc., and the surprise this film gave to fans is still talked about to this day. There are many fans who were fascinated by Cozy's brave appearance in the drum solo and the ferocity of Richie's guitar crash. Of course, the opening with “Over The Rainbow” and “Man On The Silver Mountain” are nice, but what makes me happy is “Stargazer” and “A Light In The Black”, followed by Richie’s short interview. The scene in which Ronnie explains the rainbow lights hanging on the stage after being told by Richie, "I'll leave it to Ron," is a must-see scene.Next, from the time of "RISING," September 29, 1976. This is "Do You Close Your Eyes" from the performance in Munich, Germany. Although this is a monochrome video, it includes a solid multi-camera professional shot recording. Richie's guitar crash can also be enjoyed with reliable sound and video. The last song from the Ronnie era includes 4 promo clips from "LONG LIVE ROCK 'N' ROLL". This is said to have been created for the music program "DON KIRSHNER'S ROCK CONCERT" before the American tour that began in May 1978, and was also broadcast in Japan. “Gates Of Babylon” is a familiar material with desert image shots inserted. This is not included in the official works, so it is nice to be able to collect it with reliable materials. In addition, "L.A. Connection" and "Long Live Rock 'n' Roll" also have the same performance as the studio take, but all of Ronnie's vocals have been replaced with those recorded for the clip. In addition, the fourth track “Gates Of Babylon” is a pseudo-live video that uses footage from the stage. The second half is footage from when Graham Bonnet was enrolled. The main feature is a 30-minute pro shot from "Monsters of Rock" in August 1980. This video is known as the best version of the material from "Cozy Tape". Although the video here is slightly inferior compared to there, it is still recorded in high quality. Although it is a fragmentary recording except for "All Night Long", this period with talented people such as Graham and Cozy is described as the "strongest" in the band's history, so you can't help but watch it. The last one is a professional shot of "All Night Long" from the Munich performance on February 16th from the 1980 European tour. In this work, the quality of only this material decreases, but the professional shots other than "Monsters of Rock" in the Graham era are only known for this video (at this moment). Next to Graham, who sings and performs passionately, Richie also decides to do amazing actions that seem to be conscious of the camera. Although all of the videos are standard videos, this is the definitive compilation that all RAINBOW fans want to have in their collection. From beginners to enthusiasts, everyone can understand and enjoy the content. After listening to RAINBOW's performance with the audio source, please enjoy the band's charm with this video!
