This Blu-ray edition is a new HD upconvert from the video master footage that was the basis for the DVD included in "Rock the Summit: Live in Houston 1977" (2CD + 2DVD) to Blu-ray format and converted to the highest image quality without compression degradation. Compared to the DVD, it is recorded as a "From the Original Master" version with no additional editing or processing. Although the original is not a high-definition video master footage, you can see the superiority of Blu-ray's HD upconversion, especially when playing it on a large screen TV. The coupling DVD has the same content as the previous "Rock the Summit", and the audio option includes three types of sound source. In addition to the enhanced stereo remaster, it includes a mono remaster and the original soundtrack sound source. In addition to the Blu-ray for large screen viewing, it is a convenient set that also includes a DVD that is highly versatile for playing on various computers and players.
