Introducing Version 2 of the first almost complete Piano & A Microphone tour audience video DVD created using footage shot with a smartphone. At the beginning of Confluence, there is no video at first, but it seems like the stage is pitch black until Prince appears. Rather than saying that he was going to appear, Prince's silhouette was shown on the screen, showing that he was about to head to the stage. Therefore, it can be said that the video was included from the beginning (it was on a dark stage). Prince heads to the piano alone, but before that, a scene is shown where Rhodey is making adjustments at the piano. Then, Prince walks around the piano and approaches the audience, and the screen shows him glancing sadly at the audience. The first song, the melancholy plucked sound of Somewhere Over The Rainbow, may be enough to make some people cry. And then to Somewhere Here On Earth, which is so flowing and beautiful. From here, Prince begins to sing and the performance begins in earnest. The camera does not capture the stage for a moment and goes black, but the camera itself is still rotating. "Baltimore" has a feeling of courage, "Rocknroll Loveaffair" is light and gets the audience into a groove, "Breakdown" has a flourish of piano, and "Little Red" shows Prince cutely putting his hands on his ears to listen to the audience's singing, and doing it with both hands. Corvette, Dirty Mind, which sits up and sings in a low voice, and I Could Never Take The Place Of Your Man, which has a relatively high percentage of Prince being shown on screen, although it sometimes gets dark, performs while interspersed with applause. The Ballad Of Dorothy Parker incorporates Four as much as it is played by the band. The honky Controversy is a good impression because you can enjoy both the screen and Prince's playing. A medley of I Would Die 4 U and Baby I'm A Star recreated on the piano, and the unreleased song Purple Music excited the audience, with a pretty good screen shot that also fixed Dear Mr. Man. You can enjoy Prince's heroic figure as he sings like a tongue twister. Cream sings "Look up in the air, it's your piano," and the mesmerizing mash-up Waiting In Vain / If I Was Your Girlfriend takes off her clothes while playing "Let me help you take off your dress." You can also watch acrobatic scenes. And the famous video How Come U Don't Call Me Anymore? where Prince's smile is well captured in the closing scene, the performance ends here once. The development in the second half was also wonderful, and the lively performance of the hit song Raspberry Beret turned on the lights of the venue and became a chorus. Without stopping the performance, it flows into Starfish And Coffee, where there is also a chorus, but it smoothly transitions to Paisley Park. I've been able to enjoy the performance so much by showing it on the screen, but Sometimes It Snows In April is quite close-up, and you can clearly see the fingering. The investigation and footage of Purple Rain, which comes so suddenly that it's surprising, is also a fusion of multiple shots, including close-ups. The performance was so great that by the middle of the live performance everyone stood up and applauded. The single attack of Black Sweat and Kiss with the greatest funk on the piano, and the scene where the performance is completed only by Prince's dance even though there is no sound, is a splendor that can only be described as genius. The stage ends here and there will be an encore. I played Diamonds And Pearls briefly, then moved on to The Beautiful Ones. He gets anxious and interrupts the play, but in the end he throws the chair away and performs at the peak of his performance, which can also be enjoyed with wonderful images. In Version 1, there was less footage towards the end, but in Version 2, there are some well-shot shots. From the melody of A Plce In Heaven to Venus De Milo, Condition Of The Heart, and Nothing Compares 2 U, which was rearranged for the tour, there are parts where it gets a little dark after the performance, but where Prince is talking. The image will appear properly. And suddenly it becomes the usual sampler set? At When Doves Cry, you can enjoy the melting pot of excitement between the audience and Prince. However, after just this one song, Prince is shown leaving the stage on a bicycle while holding a cane. Although there was almost no interruption up to this point, Free Urself, which can be said to be Prince's last single, is a fragmentary recording. Thieves In The Temple has almost no footage, and the footage resumes just before entering It. I Wanna Be Your Lover, where you can see everyone being happy, Do Me, Baby, which is a big chorus, and Adore, who is very satisfied with the closing song, these last three songs have solid images. As a result, most of the videos except for the two songs were filled in with this version 2. It's a great achievement. There are many amazing videos of guitars, but this is probably the best video of pianos, and the evaluation of Prince will definitely change with or without this tour. Check out this version 2 to find out why. This is Version 2 of a literally miraculous recording!
