Millard's master excavation project supported collectors around the world who were struggling with the new coronavirus pandemic in 2020/2021. Among them, the most outstanding one is decided to be released. [Mirroard Collection's best disc E.P.] The main character of this work is THE PRETENDERS. This is a superb audience recording of the “Pasadena performance on September 5, 1981” which was about three weeks after the release of “PRETENDERS II”. Immediately, let's stop this time from the schedule at that time to the show position... This is because the super unique feature of this time is its "shortness." Until now, there have been recordings that unfortunately did not become the complete version of the show, but this work is not like that and only three songs. An 18-minute audience album with just an encore show… No, it’s an “audience E.P.” You may be thinking, "What a failed recording," but the reason is quite interesting, so don't underestimate it. Yes, this is the show where Millard was captured. He did not appear to have talked about how he was arrested, so details are unknown. Was he caught early in the show and tried again for the encore, or was he caught after the show and confiscated and somehow managed to hide the second tape? In fact, Millard tried to record Stevie Wonder (December 18, 1979?) in Pasadena two years ago, but failed. I once had my equipment confiscated when I brought it in. To think that the security guard at that time remembered Millard and caught him...maybe it's just a far-fetched fantasy. [You can't underestimate the quality and the gorgeous co-stars.] In any case, only the three encore songs were left. The only songs I played were my debut, ``Brass In Pocket,'' ``Mystery Achievement,'' and a cover of Jackie Wilson's ``(Your Love Keeps Lifting Me) Higher And Higher.'' However, these are not just three songs. In fact, Bruce Springsteen jumped in for “(Your Love Keeps Lifting Me) Higher And Higher” on this day. You will be able to listen to a gorgeous co-starring performance. If you are a maniac here, you may have come to the right place, but this take of this work was included as a bonus in Springsteen's “LOS ANGELES 1981 3RD NIGHT”, which became very popular the other day. Millard himself had dubbed it and added it to the end of the tape. In that album, there was only one song co-starred, but here, the full three songs of the encore panorama have been newly discovered. I don't need to say much about the sound. Of course, it is the best with "super". As expected, this is a Millard product. It's because the sound is so great that I want to listen to it in full, but at the same time, the fact that even absolute masters can fail stirs my heart. This is the audience recording version of ``Mirror's Pasadena'', which includes ``Kobo ni Misai,'' ``A Thousand Thoughts,'' and ``Even Homer Sometimes Nods.''
