The legendary first visit to Japan of THE POLICE, which was realized during the "REGGATTA DE BLANC" era. The best master of the soundboard album, which symbolizes that, has been unearthed. It will be permanently preserved as a full-scale two-disc set. This work is engraved with the performance of "February 15, 1980: Nakano Sun Plaza". It is a stereo soundboard recording. First, let's look at the schedule of the first visit to Japan, which is also a monument of the history of Western music in Japan, and check the position of the show. ・February 14: Nakano Sun Plaza ・February 15: Nakano Sun Plaza ←★ This work ★ ・February 17: Shibuya Public Hall ・February 18: Aichi Prefectural Labor Hall ・February 19: Osaka Festival Hall ・February 20: Kyoto University Western Auditorium All six performances. In 1981, the Nippon Budokan was already a reserved seat for the return visit to Japan, but the first visit was still hall class. It was held two consecutive nights in Nakano, and this work was recorded on the second day. This show was broadcast on the radio, and the FM sound board is a big staple that has produced many existing groups. It has reigned as a symbol of THE POLICE's first visit to Japan. However, it is a standard fate that the quality varies depending on the master. Some of them have a fluffy sound or a single piece that has been significantly cut. Although this work is the same FM sound board, it sounds better than the existing groups and is a complete version without cuts (although some are longer than this work due to the pitch being out of sync). Recently, our shop has been archiving the successive sound board albums with the highest quality update under the supervision of overseas THE POLICE researchers, and this work is the latest newly excavated best master. In fact, the quality has been updated to the highest level ever. The broadcast itself has been uploaded to a certain major video site, but the quality difference is incomparable. It is unclear whether it is the reception situation or the freshness of the master, but the separation is poor on the video site, and only the peak stands out as if they tried to improve it somehow. As a result, it was just painful to the ears and "it's better to listen to it". However, this work is completely different. There is no dubbing trace in the freshness, and it is beautifully separated from the deep bass to the treble. The stereo feeling that pans even the modest percussion and synth phrases is also tremendous. If you think of the raw mix as a severe modern sense, you might hesitate to call it "fully official class!", but if you think of it at the time, you can say it with all your might. Moreover, the rawness is only a level of individuality, not a defect. Such a highest peak renewal sound depicts the full show, which is a legend in the history of Japanese Western music. Speaking of the "REGGATTA DE BLANC Tour" sound board, the recently released and highly praised "PALLADIUM 1979" is still fresh in my memory, but this work is even longer. Let's organize the set while comparing it here. Outlandes d'Amour Next to You/So Lonely/Truth Hits Everybody/Hole in My Life/Peanuts/Roxanne/Born in the 50's White Regatta Walking On the Moon/Bring on the Night/Deathwish/The Bed's Too Big Without You/Message in a Bottle/No Time This Time (★) Others Singles: Fall Out/Visions of the Night/Landlord Others: Can't Stand Losing You/Regatta De Blanc *Note: The "★" mark indicates a song that cannot be heard on "PALLADIUM 1979". ...And so on. There is only one song marked with a "★", "No Time This Time", but in fact, this is an incredible treasure worldwide. Not only is this song unheard of in Sting's solo work, but it has also been played by THE POLICE a handful of times. Most of these songs were first-time visitors to Japan, and collectors around the world consider them to be the same as first-time visitors to Japan. You can listen to such a rare song on a superb stereo soundboard. It's a real treasure. Of course, this work is not just one song. The tension of playing in front of a group of black hair for the first time throughout the entire work explodes, and the Japanese MC that pops out at key points is unique to Japan (the band introduction at the beginning is also firmly recorded from "Tokyo no Mina-san"). And the mood of the Japanese side, who met THE POLICE for the first time, is also the best. Since it is not an audience, it does not disturb the extremely thick performance, but the squeals flying between songs are yellow and the clapping is a Western music girl specification that is in sync. The live that accelerates fueled by the enthusiasm is exactly what you can only do for the first visit to Japan. The stereo soundboard album that symbolizes the legendary first visit to Japan. It is the highest peak update. As a purely musical work, it is a live album filled with super rare songs and hot live performances, and it is a monument that is irreplaceable for us Japanese people. A cultural heritage master of the finest quality that only a researcher could know. A stereo soundboard recording of the legendary first visit to Japan "February 15, 1980: Nakano Sun Plaza". A new master unearthed by an overseas THE POLICE researcher, this is the highest quality complete version ever. The freshness is so fresh that there are no dubbing marks, and the bass and treble are beautifully separated. The stereo feeling that pans sharply even to the modest percussion and synth phrases is also tremendous. This is the highest peak update of the cultural heritage album, where you can enjoy the world-renowned "No Time This Time" on the finest soundboard.
