Our soundboard archive by THE POLICE researchers has been very well received. The latest in the series, which is the very early collection, is here. This work is engraved with the "March 4, 1979 Berkeley performance". It is a superb stereo soundboard recording. Speaking of 1979, it was the time when the "OUTLANDOS D'AMOUR Tour" and the "REGGATTA DE BLANC Tour" intersected, and this work is the former. Of course, we have introduced the best soundboard albums in the past, so let's check the position of each one in the tour schedule. 1978 October 20th - November 1st: North America #1a (12 shows) {November 2nd: "OUTLANDOS D'AMOUR" released} November 2nd - 15th: North America #1b (11 shows) November 25th - December 29th: UK (20 shows) 1979 January 9th - February 21st: Europe #1 (24 shows) March 1st - April 9th: North America #2 (30 shows) ←★Here★ April 12th - 25th: Europe #2 (3 shows) April 27th - May 25th: North America #3 (23 shows) ←※CHICAGO 1979 PRE-FM May 31st - June 24th: Europe #3 (22 shows) ←※PARADISO 1979 and others {August: "REGGATTA DE BLANC" completed》《September 21: Single "Message In A Bottle" released》This is the whole picture of the "OUTLANDOS D'AMOUR Tour". Speaking of sound boards from this period, we have introduced masterpieces such as "CHICAGO 1979 PRE-FM", "PINKPOP FESTIVAL 1979", and "PARADISO 1979", but the Berkeley performance of this work is much earlier than that. It was the fourth concert of "North America #2", about four months after the release of "OUTLANDOS D'AMOUR". This show was broadcast on the radio station "KSAN RADIO", and the FM sound board is a staple that has produced many existing groups. It has been loved as a sound source representing the early THE POLICE. This work is the highest peak update of that classic sound board. The contents were transferred from the pre-FM broadcast master. Of course, like the recent releases, it has been digitized directly from the best master selected by a THE POLICE researcher, and the mastering has been supervised by the researcher. The sound is certainly the best ever. It has long been known as "official grade", so there are various states of pre-release, but the radio wave conditions are unstable, and the edges have disappeared due to dubbing, resulting in a round sound. Or, there are some sharp sound sources (like this work, perhaps dropped on site), but this time the mid-low range has been spoiled and the sound has become thin. However, even if you try your best to find an arrogance in this work, you can't see any such defects. Of course, there is no radio noise or dubbing marks, but that's not all. The high-precision transfer digitizes the details to the finest details, the core is extremely thick and thick, and the edges are sharp. Even the slightest sound that comes out when your hand touches the strings between songs is so realistic that you can feel the vibration of the strings. Such an ultimate sound depicts a burning performance that has just begun its invasion of the United States. The broadcast time slot is about 54 minutes, but the contents are the "real version of OUTLANDOS D'AMOUR" that explodes with stage tension. Let's organize the set here. Outlandos D'Amour Can't Stand Losing You (twice) / Truth Hits Everybody / So Lonely / Born In The 50's / Hole in My Life / Be My Girl / Sally / Peanuts / Roxanne / Next to You Single Fall Out / Landlord ... and so on. It is very similar to the closest "CHICAGO 1979 PRE-FM" in terms of time, and there are no songs that you will hear for the first time in this work, but "Landlord" is still a valuable song that you cannot hear in "PINKPOP FESTIVAL 1979" and "PARADISO 1979". And what's more, it's the performance itself that burns hotly. The first visit to the US was in 1978 for "North America #1", but at that time it was still around the time of the release of "OUTLANDOS D'AMOUR". Four months later, "North America #2" was even more serious and large-scale, conquering the US. The full-power invasion rock that already knows the enemy erupts. Even in the researcher master series, this work is a super masterpiece of the earliest and hottest soundboard album. "Live performance version of Outlandos d'Amour" where Sting, who was only 27 years and 5 months old, barks. Its highest peak update. The best stereo soundboard recording of "March 4, 1979 Berkeley performance". The highest peak update board digitized from the pre-FM master that THE POLICE researcher gave the stamp of approval as "this is the best". Of course, there is no radio noise or dubbing marks, and the high-precision transfer reproduces the details without leaving out even the finest parts, the core is extremely thick and thick, and the edges are sharp. This is a permanent masterpiece that allows you to enjoy the early live performance of "OUTLANDOS D'AMOUR" with the superb sound of "completely official grade".
