The first release of a treasured recording of a live performance at Wembley Arena in London in 1988, when the Pogues were at the height of their popularity, recorded in a good stereo audience recording! The European tour that started in February 1988 went from the gig in March, which was also included in the officially released video work "Live At The Town And Country", to France, Sweden, Germany, etc., and after the performance in Japan in October, a treasured recording of a live performance at Wembley Arena in London on December 17, 1988, recorded in a good stereo audience recording! Recorded from the low gene master, there is little stereo separation, but the vocals are large, each part is well balanced, and the sound quality is clear and good, with the characteristic goodness of the outdoor venue. In addition, the pitch and positioning deviation caused by the original master has been carefully corrected. The set list was the best, centered on songs from the masterpiece album "Fallen Angels." After "Turkish Song Of The Damned," the audience rushed to the front of the stage, and there was a scene where they called out to step back, giving a vivid sense of the excitement of the packed arena! They also played "USA," a number from the album "Peace & Love" released in July the following year, "Johnny Come Lately," a collaboration with Steve Earle, the title track from the single "Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah," released in the same year, and the Rolling Stones cover "Honky Tonk Women." There were also many guests on this day, and Kirsty MacColl appeared on the smash hit "Fairytale Of New York"! Frankie Miller and Thin Lizzy guitarist Brian Robertson also participated in "Honky Tonk Women"! The final song, a cover of The Specials' A Message To You, Rudie, features Lynval Golding of The Specials, who has often performed with the band, making for a superb performance with a variety of other guests!
