“January 23, 1970 Paris performance” is also known for the AM broadcast of the experimental song “The Man”. A complete reprint of the legendary French LP that has passed down the broadcast sound source. The French LP is "WATERS GATE". The gold leaf artwork is also a wonderful vintage record. This show was broadcast on the local AM radio station “EUROPA 1” and has produced many previous episodes, but the LP bootleg “WATERS GATE” has made such a legendary broadcast widely known. This work is precisely digitized from the highest quality 1st press board. Of course, if you have noticed this article, you probably know that this show has already been archived. The audience recording “THE MAN IN PARIS” that conveys the panoramic view of the show has been discovered, and three known broadcast sound sources have also been compiled as “PARIS 23.1.1970 Original Radio Broadcast Collection”. Therefore, there are no songs/performances that can only be heard in this work, and you might think that it is only worth collecting, but that is not the case. You can enjoy the best sounds of the super valuable medley “Green Is The Colour/Careful With That Ax, Eugene/The Violent Sequence” and the big song “The Amazing Pudding”. To explain the meaning of this, it is essential to understand the content of AM broadcasts and sound sources. Here we would like to introduce today's set. *The Man Suite (★: Biding My Time only) *A Saucerful Of Secrets・Astronomy Domine *Medley (★): Green Is The Colour/Careful With That Ax, Eugene/The Violent Sequence*Main Theme From "More"・Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun*The Amazing Pudding (★) *Note: Songs marked with an asterisk (even if only partially) were broadcast. The (★) marks are songs included in this work... and so on. The broadcast time was approximately one hour, and some songs were only excerpts, but all but ``Heaven's Rule'' and ``Sun Hymn'' were broadcast. Among them, the "PARIS 23.1.1970 Original Radio Broadcast Collection" was a compilation of the three sources that have been reported to date. And now on to the main topic. The three types of broadcast sound sources vary in length and quality. Among them, "Source 2" had the best sound, but it contained only "The Man Suite" and "Mystery". I think some of you are coming to know about it, but this work has a sound comparable to “Source 2”, but the only thing that overlaps is “Biding My Time”. Since "Main Theme From "More"" is still only available in the conventional version, it is not the entire broadcast, but you can enjoy a considerable part with the upgraded sound. WATERS GATE, a storyteller who has widely spread the word about the existence of broadcast sound sources, has also been a repository of the best sound. This is a treasured album that reprints such a legendary LP from the extremely rare 1st press edition. Although the content is somewhat maniacal, this is a piece that makes you tremble at its value and quality.
