From the world tour accompanying "A Momentary Lapse Of Reason", Floyd's first performance in 1989, from his first performance in Russia to the first day of the Moscow Olympic Stadium performance on June 3rd, is completely recorded and first appeared for 2 hours and 34 minutes with a high-quality audience recording. The sound of Run Like Hell, the last encore, seems to be getting further away, probably because of the excitement in the venue, but the sound is fresh and you can hear it clearly, including the synth lead in the middle. I was moved by the fact that this song was being performed live for the first time in the huge Olympic Stadium of the former Soviet Union. It may be said that this take is more valuable as a document than as a sound quality, but the two-minute recording of the "Pink Floyd! Pink Floyd!" call after the show and the excitement and heat of the venue are also interesting to listen to. In 1989, many Western bands performed in Russia as the waves of perestroika swept over the former Soviet Union, and it was a year that became a kind of boom, but Pink Floyd in particular seemed to be very popular in the Soviet Union, and five shows were held at the large Olympic Stadium from June 3rd to 8th, and were a great success.
